Wonderful views and very good amenities. Could do with bigger table for 9 guests and a sound system but was very comfortable, close to town and the views majestic.

This was a beautiful, quiet spot above the hustle and bustle of busy Queenstown. We loved it.

We loved staying in this beautiful house. The location was great, especially being able to walk into town so we didn't have to worry about parking. The house was very clean, it had everything we need. The juggle of the limited rubbish was difficult with 9 adults and 2 kids for 8 nights. The outdoor space is beautiful, and the toys and trampoline was great for the kids. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Very beautiful place! Views to die for! Conveniently located near the airport as well as shopping area.

Stay is good ..but bit confused with the advert as it talks about the security bond which was not needed for AirBnb. Also the waste management rules are not mentioned before you booking the stay .

Great location on top hill, which gets the benefit of great view of Queenstown, mountains and lake. The scenic sight changes along with dynamic weathers everyday, and just by the big window of living room! Even if you don’t ski, it worth for a short stay to clear your minds! Highly recommended! Also the host is very responsive and flexible enough to let us check in earlier, which was a great help for us!

Absolutely loved our stay! As soon as you enter the property, which was lovely and warm for us on a cold day, you are greeted with an uninterrupted panoramic view of the ranges surrounding Queenstown. This property is very aptly named, was furnished beautifully, was very quiet and had ample parking off road for our two vehicles. The bedrooms and the home are spacious and we never felt cramped or uncomfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Oh my goodness, THE VIEWS! This home did not disappoint, it was warm, comfortable and spacious with the most incredible views from the lounge and main bed. We spent 5 nights here exploring Queenstown and loved every moment, definitely recommend.

Nice location!!! Overlooking the lake is one of the highlights of staying at this property. Unfortunately we stayed here on hot days, and though there was a split system in the main living area, the bedrooms had no air conditioning making it unpleasant to stay in unless you kept the windows open and wait till the temperature drops. The ad said there was central cooling, which the property did not have. Also prior to check in, we did not receive check in instructions. Luckily enough Goodstays was opened that we were able to call and attain them. They did concede that when sending us a confirmation letter that they had forgotten to attach the check in details. Other than that the property had all other amenities to make it an enjoyable stay.

This AirBnB is perfectly located within walking distance to Queenstown. It was beautifully furnished with a great outdoor area for enjoying the afternoon sun. The view from the bay window in the lounge room was spectacular, as was the view from the master bedroom. In the afternoons the sun-soaked living area was cosy and a great place to relax after our adventure-filled days. The check-in process was straightforward. This was the perfect-sized accommodation for our extended family. We will definitely recommend it to others. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful house in a great location! We were very happy with our stay. The configuration and layout of the house was great for a big group. All of the king beds split into singles and the living areas were big enough to accomodate. An outdoor table or dining table big enough to sit 10 people would be a great addition. A few strange rules like charging $22 for every additional garbage bag over the limit of 2 (not enough for 10 people staying 9 nights), but all considered, we were very happy. The views were better than expected, and the beautiful garden was perfectly manicured. There was a trampoline and some toys for our son, who had a blast! Thanks for everything. Highly recommended.

Nicholas is amazing to deal with, the best host we dealt with in the whole South Island while we traveled it all. The house was perfect for our family and especially for travelling with a 2 month old baby also. Nicholas made it all so easy! Will definitely stay here again. 5 stars ✨
