RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

We stayed for 4 nights in march 24. Amazing views of Queenstown from the lounge and. Bedroom 1. Unit was tidy and comfortable with cooking facilities. 5 -10 min downhill walk to the centre of Queenstown but the walk back up the hill from town is a bit of an effort. You can get an Uber for $10 or a taxi for $20 if you are not that mobile or just a bit puffed at the end of long day and the views when yin get back home are worth the effort. Highly recommend.

Thanks Allan it was a beautiful location and property. For the price I would have thought that there would have been air conditioning upstairs as well. Two bedrooms were hot at night making sleep difficult at night.

Beautiful, pristine home in a great location! Was a bit on the pricey side but I think that’s what to expect for that time of year in Queenstown. House was beautifully maintained, comfy beds and linen. Just make sure to bring your own shampoo, body soap and laundry powder if staying for a little while. Location is great, very close to the town center but also not too close that its loud and annoying. We found we had everything we needed in the house, and there was a supermarket right round the corner for anything else we needed :) Thank you for a great stay in your beautiful home!

Beautiful view as it was on a mountain, but we lacked a few things. I stayed in the main bedroom and there were no drawers to put clothing and the bathroom off the bedroom had almost nowhere to put items (no drawers). The second bathroom door that was used for the other 2 bedrooms didn't close properly as it didn't fit into the frame, so there was no privacy for those who slept in those 2 bedrooms. The kitchen had no paper towels and the bathrooms had no bar soap or shampoo to use at all. But the worst problem was that the bedrooms which were all upstairs had no air conditioning or fans, so even with the windows open all the way it was very uncomfortable trying to sleep when it was a hot night. Otherwise, the location was great as it was very close to lots of shops and restaurants in the downtown area.

Would have liked Kathleen to have been better prepared on Christmas Day rather than contacting us for non-urgent queries or concerns that she had the answers to in her arrival documentation. Outside of that small inconvenience the property was well looked after, a couple of minor maintenance issues were reported which we were able to get sorted on her departure ready for the next arrival, we thank her for making us aware. Great location, fantastic views from the balcony, everything is walkable. Comfortable beds and lovely linen. Great kitchen with everything you need to make delicious meals.

Such a great location at the top of an invigorating climb up a short but steep hill, with the elevation providing lovely views of the gondola and down into town. Apartment was clean and tidy with ample room for our group of five.
