The place was amazing and the views were breathtaking. The house was just as described in the listing. We had a little hick up with the power going out in the neighborhood but Allan and his team were quick to respond and even brought us over lanterns at 11pm. Luckily the power was back on in less than an hour. Great experience and would definitely stay here again.

Epic views and a well appointed home! We loved every minute of our stay, the only minor detail was the construction happening next door that was unexpected. Noise was minimal.

House with a beautiful view.

The views were extraordinary and just as pictured both inside and out. The outdoor space was fabulous. This place is a gem. Easy drive to queenstown. (Or walk, but the hill back is steep!) We stayed three nights and used it as basecamp for an overnight cruise on doubtful sound.

The house was stunning with great views all around, everything was clean and tidy. We had an amazing time and will definitely come back:)

Perfect location for a Queenstown stay, in the Fernhill neighborhood. Wonderful view of Lake Wakitipu. Place was spotless and well furnished. Very nice bathrooms. Kitchen OK. Outdoor grill great. Unwanted surprise was ongoing construction immediately next door including on Saturday and Sunday and after 5 PM. Fortunately no construction noise early or late, but napping out of the question. Construction appears to have been going on for quite some time.

Great place to stay - the leather chairs and the view sold us on this place iand they didn’t disappoint. The TV was a bit temperamental but made use of the hot tub and view instead. I would add Nespresso machine to the ad so we know to have coffee pods with us!

This Airbnb is stunning. The views are unreal. Sunsets and sunrises were gorgeous here. The furniture is nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is definitely hard to beat. I loved waking up here and wish we could’ve stayed longer. This property is well equipped with great appliances too. We didn’t use the fires or bbq but be aware there may be extra charges for cleaning these and if your rubbish exceeds the 2 bins in the house, you’ll be charged or have to take any extra away yourself. This once again didn’t hinder our stay - I just thought it is important information to know upfront.

Awesome home with stunning views!

Condo on Caples is in a great spot with amazing views of Lake Wakatipu and surrounds. The house is spacious and well insulated against the cold. It can be a bit warm in the bedrooms. We had a few warmer nights around Christmas and couldn’t see any cooling options. We found the two bag rubbish allowance a bit challenging for a nine night stay. Communication with the host beforehand was excellent and we didn’t need anything during our stay. We enjoyed our time in this lovely home.

Our residence stay was mostly positive with a stunning lake view and convenient city proximity. Clear guides on using their electronics and an efficient heating system enhanced the experience. However, certain aspects marred our experience. Undisclosed limitations on amenity usage with associated penalty costs and a curfew for outdoor space use were inconvenient, hindering our enjoyment. The instruction to leave a garage space empty, assuming the owner's use, lot was left empty throughout our stay, impacting our parking convenience. Despite these drawbacks, I recommend the accommodation for its picturesque setting.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Everything with the property exceeded our expectations and we felt very comfortable for the 5 days we spent in Queenstown. The combination of views, fireplace and comfortable designer furniture made it an extremely relaxing holiday for us. Thank you!

Location and view was amazing, house was as described, check in smooth and host very responsive. A few other touches such as coffee pods for coffee machine and some tea and milk, was a few spider webs hanging in lounge/ dining area that looked like they had been there a while. The kids did enjoy the Lego. Overall was a great stay.

We loved our stay at the property. It is a beautiful house and had all the amenities we needed. Allan was very accomodating of our baby. We really enjoyed the spa and both the gas and wood fireplaces.

Beautiful place with amazing views out over the lake. Quiet neighbourhood with good parking, although the drive is steep and narrow, so can present a challenge to reverse up or down. There are some local eating and grocery options nearby within walking distance but the return walk is uphill. The living space is comfortable and spacious, with generous heating options for a winter stay. The spa on the deck was ideal to relax in after a day’s snowboarding. Overall the place itself was very neat and tidy and a great place for six adults to enjoy a winter break.

Amazing stay - the most incredible views and value for money is second to none

Great location if you wish to be away from the hustle. Great aspect, location and house. Watching the sun rise over the snow caped mountains each morning is a treat.

It was a great stay at Allan’s space for our family of 5!!! Lake and mountain views from the living spaces and balcony are amazing! The overall space was well-equipped with all the things needed for a very comfy stay. We could even prep up meals conveniently because the kitchen is very well set up. Communication from Allan was organized, timely and comprehensive. I didn’t have to spend time asking questions because all the info I needed were already provided. Two things for consideration: (1) This property had a long flight of stairs at the entrance leading to the living spaces and some additional flight of stairs leading to the bedrooms. These did not bother the younger family members but was quite a task for the elderly guests. Just a watch-out in case you have senior travelers who have mobility issues. Second, the driveway is steep so it makes for quite a challenging parking, but not a big issue. Thank you for the wonderful stay in Queenstown! We had a lovely time!

Allen’s place was really cozy, we really enjoyed the space and the warm fireplace after a long day out.

Wow!! What a beautiful cosy home, with spectacular views. Me and my hubby come here to spend our 10th year wedding anniversary and loved every moment of it. The host was very responsive and reminded us of our stay and everything we needed to know before coming to this beautiful home. The house was very clean even the outdoor area was spotless. The rooms were neat and the bathrooms were very clean. We had the pleasure of using the spa which looked out onto the lake and mountains, which was better than going to the onsen in our opinion. Most of all this house felt like home and made us feel comfortable and cosy. Town is only a 5 minute drive down the road with so many things to do. The only con would be the driveway, which is a bit hard to get up in the car but is doable. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting queenstown. Definitely 10/10

this is a beautiful house with a stunning view that changes thought the day with the sun, weather and all the activity on the water. many hours were spent on the deck, in front of the window on recliners and in the spa.

We loved this accomodation. Both the place and the view were beautiful. It was a wonderful family retreat over the Christmas break. We enjoyed lunch on the balcony and relaxing in the hot tub. I would suggest a higher bin bag allowance (or access to the garbage bins) because we stayed for 6 nights. Overall, great stay!

The most amazing views from this beautiful property. The pictures online are truly representative of the awe-inspiring views. Fantastic entertaining area and spacious living and dining. We travelled with 3 couples and we were very comfortable. Only thing that was lacking were the small touches that you’d expect from the price point such as some toiletries, face washers and towels for the spa. Only a small inconvenience to what was otherwise a fantastic stay. Highly recommend.
