Enjoy mountain views from this sun-drenched Wanaka apartment with large balcony and open plan living. With a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to create your favourite meals. Alternatively get out and about in Wanaka and experience our local cuisine. The two spacious bedrooms in this apartment each have their own ensuites. The living area opens out to the large balcony and is the perfect spot for breakfast or alfresco dining.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Apartment was lovely. We had a view, only because we were on the top floor. If we had been on the ground floor there would be no view - lots of houses being built in front of the apartment.

Overall the apartment had everything we needed except there were only two rolls of toilet paper and nothing else. I didn't like the idea that everything you needed felt like it came as an extra charge.

Generally though I'd stay here again and recommend it to my friends.

As our properties are holiday homes we do not offer a hotel service but mid-stay cleans can be booked prior to any stay and every stay is setup with start up packs which include laundry powder, detergent, toilet paper, and pre-paid rubbish bags. Spacious and well equipped appartment with beautiful views (though to be honest it would be hard not to have a beautiful view in Wanaka). We did have one minor issue when the kettle stopped working, but this was dealt with very quickly and professionally by the management company.

Only down sides where that this apartment, was closest to the main road so there was some noise, that you would probably avoid if in one of the others further away. The cleanliness was not great and area's under coach, beds etc where particularly dirty, also as we where there for over 2weeks, we didn't get any interim cleaning service, so ended up having to purchase our own products to do it (and borrowing a hoover from the hotel staff).
There was also construction going out directly in front of the main balcony, which meant we had hammering and banging going on from 7am and view/privacy spoiled by scaffolding and workmen.

In regards to the location of the property, the Oakridge Apartments are located off of Cadrona Valley Road, however we have found this spot to be rather quiet as it is slightly outside of central Wanaka. In terms of the construction site, unfortunately there is nothing that we can do about building, Wanaka is a growing town and this means that at times there is many building sites around town. I am sorry to hear that you found the apartment to be anything less than immaculate, and had you given us a call while you were in house, we would have been happy to have our housekeeping team come and remedy this. We recently implemented mandatory mid-stay cleans for any stays over 1 week, so this will be unlikely to occur again in the future. Great place. Convenient on the way to Cardrona. Nice and warm after a day on the slopes.

Very well equipped appartment, although the tumble drier sounded like a cow in labour!!
