HUNTER’S HIDEAWAY PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Enjoy the Kiwi dream – this cosy and unpretentious bach is nestled just 5-minutes’ walk from Eely Point where you can launch your boat and enjoy walking and biking. As well as being close to town, Hunter’s Hideaway is under an hour’s drive to the ski fields during winter.
As you enter the house on the ground floor, you have two bedrooms consisting of 1 King, plus 3 singles, or split them up to make 5 singles. When you head upstairs, you have the master bedroom with sliding doors leading out to the deck, another shared bathroom, separate toilet, plus another twin.
Upstairs, you will find a large open plan kitchen, living, and dining area with a wrap-around balcony providing you with excellent views of both the lake and snow-capped mountains. The large wood burner will provide plenty of additional heat and the handmade drying rack that hangs above will ensure everything is nice and toasty, ready for the next day! Downstairs also has the laundry next to the bathroom which includes a washer and dryer.
As you head up the driveway, you have plenty of space for several cars and your boat. The rear and side of the property has a large fenced garden to give you even more space should the children wish to run around or if you want to relax with a glass of wine in the sunshine.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Classic kiwi Bach style property that was warm, clean and a great location. Lots of room for ski gear. It easily accommodated 2 families.

Great location, this accommodation was well suited to our needs, comfortable and compact, it is well appointed and easy to locate and access. it is within easy reach of excellent walks, just a car hop from the shops and a quiet neighbourhood.

Comfortable and spacious, very good beds but overall the place needs some TLC..
The oven is a nightmare as there are no visible signs on the oven door to indicate what heat or system you are on . Recommend replacing it .
Bathrooms adequate, location perfect .
