Perched perfectly above the hustle and bustle of central Queenstown, World Class Views is a brand-new, purpose-built holiday home with designer details and an incredible, scenic outlook. To further maximise options for groups, this house can be rented in three different configurations; either as the whole house (7 bedrooms) or as a 3-bedroom or 4-bedroom option. Enter through the main entrance to the large open plan living, dining and kitchen. Open the doors to the wrap around balcony with views from the stunning Remarkables to Ben Lomond Mountain. Behind all the fun on the top floor is a guest toilet, as well as the first two bedrooms both complete with ensuite bathrooms and the master including a designer bath.

As you head downstairs, you have the laundry area hidden in the cupboard then halfway down is the back door which leads out to the garden. On this floor there are two Queen bedrooms to your left, both with ensuite bathrooms and a small rumpus room for kids and teens to hang out and use the games console and TV.

In the summer months, open all the glass doors to BBQ with plenty of places to sit, eat and relax.

There will be guests and owners occupying part of the ground level of the property (locked off from the inside).

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Unfortunately due to the Global COVID-19 pandemic we were forced to cancel our bucket list trip. House looks like it would be a wonderful property. We will be working with property manager to re-book and hopefully will be able to provide a more useful review with in the next year. Property manager to the point has been very good communicating their position with us.
