Wonder on Woodlands is tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac, high on the hills overlooking Lake Wakatipu. It makes for a warm, peaceful holiday home with beautiful views across the lake to the Remarkables mountain range.

Enjoy the incredible lake and mountain views from this modern home. Wonder on Woodlands consists of 2 storeys with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an open plan living, dining and kitchen area upstairs. In the summer months, you can open the sliding doors to extend the living area and enjoy some alfresco dining.

Cook up a storm in the large open plan kitchen whilst enjoying the stunning lake views. Make use of all the modern appliances or keep it simple and use the BBQ outside. This home has a wonderful lake and mountain outlook through the majestic pine trees. Keep warm and cosy in the evenings with the wood burner adding ambience to the world class views. Had a long day? Log onto your Netflix account through the smart TV, make use of the board games, or watch something on the Blu Ray player.

The master bedroom with ensuite, is located on the top floor. The second and third bedrooms are located on the ground floor with a shared bathroom:

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

After an initial miscommunication about our property that Nicholas was super fast to attend to, we were so happy with our stay in Queenstown. The house is just beautiful. Fantastic location, spotless, wonderful attention to detail, comfortable yet classy, we loved it! The spa was a special treat after a day on the slopes. Thank you to Nicholas and the team for a very memorable stay. We were impressed at your communication and quick response when we needed something. Much appreciated.
