Nestled on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, the Marina Apartments offer you amazing waterfront views of Queenstown just 10 minutes’ drive to the centre of town.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
We have a range of modern apartments including hotel sized rooms and two and three-bedroom apartments. Contact our reservations team for your own customised option. Our self-service hotel sized rooms are perfect for singles or couples travelling to Queenstown for short stays and wanting to eat out. These rooms have a kettle, toaster, microwave and bar fridge. For families or those staying longer, our two and three bedroom apartments are all self-contained with fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities.

GUEST ACCESS:
You will have access to the entire apartment. One door will be locked, which is the adjoining door to the next apartment. Should you require additional bedrooms, please talk to the Goodstays Reservations Team.

GUEST INTERACTION:
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

GETTING AROUND:
There is off street parking for 1 car at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown. The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the apartments.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

LOCATION:
Our Marina Apartments are situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown. Take the stunning Queenstown Trail walk into town along the waterfront and through the beautiful Queenstown Gardens. This easy walk will take you 1 hour to the heart of Queenstown or a simple 4 minutes to the sublime Boatshed Café. These apartments are perfectly situated for you to enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer. Just 10 minutes’ drive to central Queenstown, and 30 minutes’ drive to Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski areas.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 8 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Beautiful location & views of the lake & remarkables. There is quite a bit of
Road noise though been so close to one of the main roads into Queenstown. The apartment is set out really well & is incredibly spacious. Smart TVs are a huge bonus! Well equipped kitchen & the heated floors in bathrooms were a lovely touch. Note the beds are quite firm & because of this we did end up changing our accommodation mid way through our stay.

Stayed for 7 nights in September.
Fantastic apartment, great lake views. 2 bedroom apartment with ensuite bathrooms so ideal for 2 couples.
Very spacious unit, air conditioning was on when we arrived so it was toasty and warm, even when it snowed during our stay. Double glazed windows so no road noise.
Apartment was immaculate, everything you need for a relaxing stay
A short drive from Queenstown airport with car parking available.
A good spot for breakfast a couple of hundred metres away is the Boatshed Cafe.
Another great find was the Frankton Arms tavern. an easy walk along the lake edge or if the it was raining they will pick you up in their courtesy coach .Friendly staff, excellent meals and great atmosphere.
Z service station across the road makes good coffee to get your day started.
Bus stop 50 m away if you don't have transport.
We relay enjoyed our stay, looking at doing another trip to Queenstown and this is where we would stay if it was available.

We were happy with the location and condition of the property. We did have a slight problem finding the apartment as there was no 201B, we could only find 201 and 201a and it ended up being 201. The instruction should be 201 and not 201B. Apart from that, it was a very pleasant place to stay for our week of skiing in Queenstown!
