Nestled on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, the Marina Apartments offer you amazing waterfront views of Queenstown just 10 minutes’ drive to the centre of town.
We have a range of modern apartments including hotel sized rooms and self-contained two and three-bedroom apartments. Contact our reservations team for your own customised option. Our self-service hotel sized rooms are perfect for singles or couples travelling to Queenstown for short stays and wanting to eat out. These rooms have a kettle, microwave, toaster and bar fridge. For families or those staying longer, our two and three bedroom apartments are all self-contained with fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire apartment.
Goodstays Guest Services department are available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
Our Marina Apartments are situated on the shores of Lake Wakatipu, Queenstown. Take the stunning Queenstown Trail walk into town along the waterfront and through the beautiful Queenstown Gardens. This easy walk will take you 1 hour to the heart of Queenstown or a simple 4 minutes to the sublime Boatshed Café. These apartments are perfectly situated for you to enjoy all that Queenstown has to offer. Just 10 minutes’ drive to central Queenstown, and 30 minutes’ drive to Coronet Peak and The Remarkables ski areas.
There is off street parking for 1 car at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown. The nearest bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the apartments.

In regards to your bond, this was refunded to you on the 7th June, following a departure inspection by our Guest Services team. As per our terms and conditions, bonds are refunded up to 5 days following departure, on the condition there is no damage to the property.
