Toru Top Floor Apartment - Brand New & Convenient

Fijn verblijf gehad! Een wat rustige gedeelte van Queenstown, met fijne restaurants in de buurt en supermarkt. Mooi uitzicht en net appartement! Probleem met de vaatwasser dat wij zelf hadden veroorzaakt, was goed opgelost en communicatie was fijn.

We were quite happy with the accommodation. It is as described, it has a lovely top floor corner location and a stunning view of The Remarkables mountain range. It is a modern, near new apartment with great cooking facilities and a laundry - ideal if you want to save a little money on the somewhat pricey restaurants in Queenstown. Bedrooms were clean and comfy. The only downside to the bedding arrangements is that neither bed can be separated into singles. If at least one double could be separated that would better cater to two guests that won't share a bed (i.e. 2 teenage siblings...) Having undercover parking is a bonus. The arrival communication is excellent, if very detailed and you should read through it carefully which we needed to do to locate the lockbox for the key. We had a couple of maintenance issues which were reported and addressed the next day - thanks. It was good value, in the context of Queenstown accommodation and Frankton is an excellent spot to stay in.

Great place to stay for a skiing holiday. You miss all the traffic because you’re at the ski field end of the town. Place was great. Quiet. Clean. Comfy. And the host was great too… made it all very easy. Highly recommend this great place.

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids) had a great stay at Allan’s place for our week in Queenstown. Convenient location - easy access to supermarkets, petrol stations, restaurants but also easy to drive into the main CBD area and to get to Coronet Peak, Arrowtown and the Remarkables. Everything we needed was in the apartment. Highly recommend! Thanks Allan.

My checkin process was so easy and relaxing because of great communication from goodstays. I called them for a drainage service and they send a guy next day and cleared out all the problem i have faced. Response time is very less. Good maintain property.

The check in and communicating with host is hard and scary. We landed in Queenstown on Sunday at 8PM pretty tired. When we read the checkin document it has conflicting information about where the keys are. I had to walk in cold wind searching for keys all around the apartment. When I called the host for help, he was pretty rude, arrogant and yelled at us for ruining their Sunday evening. The host was so self righteous about the check in document, they didn’t provide clear instructions about where and what detergent to put in washing machine. May be he should put it in the document. There are no small trash bags for the small bins. You get larges where you have to put it on kitchen floor breathing the trash smell. May be he should put it in the document too. The AC is only in living room. There is no ventilation in the unit. Me and my wife got sick because of no ventilation. If am 100% sure the unit is not clean as we got COVID in second week. We didn’t meet anyone during our trips.

Great little apartment. Enough room for my family of four. Beautiful views of the Remarkables. Only 5 min walk to new world, epic french bakery, bar, playground and lovely river walks. Super warm and clean.

We really enjoyed our stay. A great wee apartment with everything we needed for a great stay in Queenstown. Easy check in and appreciated all the great communication. Really appreciated having a car park too. Would stay here again.

Check-in wasn't good - given the wrong code for the lock box twice and stuck outside with two small kids in 0 degrees temp for half an hour. Apartment was small but clean, in very good condition, good sunlight, good location. Head pump worked well but the floor was cold for some reason. Covered car park was a bonus. Cleaning fee VERY expensive at $290 - our 3 bd house is cleaned for $85.

This apartment was just perfect for our five-day trip to Queenstown. Our trip was in jeopardy after terrible weather cancelled flights all over the country but Nicholas was extremely helpful in working things out swiftly so that we could arrive and depart two days later than planned. The apartment is warm and sunny with fantastic views of the surrounding mountains. Well-equipped and with internal parking it’s just what you need for a mid-winter trip.

Well worth it. Apartment modern, very clean and tidy with great instructions given to make it a very great stay. Was awesome to view snow covered glaciers everyday. Handy to airport, variety of shops & helicopter tours. Definitely recommend.
