KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS:
The Peninsula Dream has a quality kitchen with all the appliances you could ever need, including double ovens. The island bench is finished with a quality white stone top, and a breakfast bar with seating for 5. Open plan living is at the heart of this home with the spacious lounge merging off of the kitchen, boasting a large gas fire, two lounges each with a wall mounted TV, quality timber dining table Blu-Ray, Sony PS3, Spotify and a Chromecast for Netflix, Lightbox and YouTube etc.
Large glass doors open out from the kitchen and living to the 10m x 4m deck with large outdoor lounge setting. Feel free to make use the communal Peninsula Bay facilities down the road including pool, spa pools, gym, and BBQ with reticulated gas.
Extra large drive in double garage which is ideally adjacent to the laundry as you discard your outdoor wear as you return home. Also included for drying ski gear/boots are two drying cupboards in the laundry which you walk through from the garage to the house. They have a low heat heater and an extractor fan in each one. One cupboard has shelves for helmets, gloves and boots etc and the other has hanging space for jackets and a shelf for boots as well.
The large main bedroom has a top of range King bed and views to the lake and Treble Cone Ski field. Sleep with the curtains open and wake up to the brilliant view. The ensuite bathroom with, heated towel rails, underfloor heating, and modern walk in wardrobe. The bedding configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 3: 1 Queen
Bedroom 4: 2 Single beds (actually bunks)

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

An utterly brilliant home with sweeping views over lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains. A large and beautifully decorated home including several bedrooms, an enormous open plan kitchen/diner/living area and an additional living area. Add into the mix; comfortable beds, all the appliances and gadgets you could possibly need and a pass to the local pool/gym facilities and your trip is going to be off to a great start! Walking/cycling distance to Wanaka with all of it's restaurants, shops and adventure activities. If in your own vehicle, you can get from door to cafe in less than 10 minutes. Can't recommend this place enough.

Wonderful place to stay! The view over the mountains was phenomenal, it was lovely to sit and look out at them. The house was spotless, everything we needed was provided and the location was perfect for us (close enough to Wanaka to drive there in a few minutes but far enough away to be nice and quiet). Loved the walking/ cycling route near the house.

Fantastic location and views to the mountains including Treble Cone Ski area. Lovely house and well appointed for a holiday house, everything you need for 8 guests. Beds amazingly comfortable. Family area's great, although they need bar stools for the kitchen bench not low chairs. Great holiday .
