Tonnes of natural light and contemporary décor combined with some quirky elements give this home a real sense of character. The open plan kitchen and living areas have been purposefully placed to take advantage of those picturesque mountain and lake vistas. The kitchen comes with all the appliances one needs to whip up breakfast, lunch or dinner for the whole family.

With a marvellous indoor-outdoor flow, relax and breathe the clean alpine air, enjoy a BBQ and watch the world go by. The outdoor furniture is ideal for a morning coffee or pre dinner drinks. Snuggle up on the sofa in the lounge and indulge in a movie night. This home offers safe and secure garaged parking plus a ski locker.

- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Public holiday surcharge of applies to all reservations departing on a public holiday
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 6 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. 5 mins walk to town, a fantastic location as it is quite hard to fine parking space in town.
The townhouse is in good maintenance, we felt very comfortable to stay there for 2 families, 5 people.

Stunning views, especially from the lounge and master bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped, with modern appliances and everything needed for cooking and eating. The location is superb - a few minutes from town but not too noisy. Only drawback was that the driveway is steep and narrow and any car has to go in the garage to avoid blocking through traffic, and we could hear trucks reversing up it early in the morning after reaching the service area behind the hotel next door.

The apartment is in a great location very close to town with fantastic views of the lake and mountains. It was spotlessly clean with everything we could possibly require for a weeks stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Superb location, great views, quiet but so close to walk a few minutes into town, although the walk up the hill at the end of a day was defintiely a challenge for my unfit pins. Beautifully appointed, modern kitchens/equipment and bathrooms, with everything you'd need for a relaxing stay. Crisp clean fresh bed linen. Space to spread out and relax - loved the balcony and seats to relax in the evenings watching the boats with a glasss in hand. Their phone app was superb with all the information you needed about the unit including instructions for every appliance, how to get help- everything. we also loved the opportunity to hire a spa pool for the deck, but didnt use it (this time). Ordered a port-a-cot and it was all set up and made up on our arrival. Having a washing machine and dryer was a godsend and gosh the open fire and cut wood would be fab when its colder.
The reservations team were proactive and very helpful.
Would absolutely highly recommend The Lodges to anyone!!

Took a bit of time to work out how to open the key box. We were in Unit 14 so parked in No. 14 car-park. On the Wednesday we had a visit from the Chef from the St. Moritz to ask if we could move our vehicle (we had an 8 seater van) as his trucks were having trouble getting into their underground delivery area and their rubbish was building up. We told him we were parked in our right place, and luckily the gentleman in 13 had left, so we moved our van into No. 13 car-park. They also had left a note on our windscreen. My wife and our friend have arthritis so coping with the stairs was a bit of an issue. The view from the balcony was amazing. Overall a pleasant stay, but next time would prefer a ground level unit.

I stayed at The Lodges with 3 friends in August, 2017.

The location was perfect; you are pretty much on the lake, so you have a great view of the town and of the Remarkables ranges. The house is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of town, so we had easy access to the bars, restaurants and buses (to take you up the mountains).

The kitchen is small, but had everything we needed (including stove, microwave and dishwasher).

Everything was impeccably clean when we arrived, and we had plenty of towels and pillows.

I would definitely recommend it for a small group who want to be in town instead of up on Queenstown Hill.

We had a great time staying at The Lodges. The location was so central and handy to shops, cafes, restaurants and local attractions, easy walk. The view was amazing. This was our second stay in this property. Once again, a perfect location to walk into town, even the 4 year old didn't complain about the walk !!. The views force you to relax and the garage is very handy (a Toyota highlander will fit in, with great faith in the reversing camera !.) Some of the furniture may be coming to the end of it's life, but overall the place is in great condition, and the service from Goodstays was first class. Look forward to returning someday.

location is perfect as you can see lake very easily from the house. everything is so clean and very thoughtful essentials for holiday.
the only thing is the internet has very limited data to be used and you will need to pay each time when you use it. it will be much easier if the internet fee can be included when we pay the rental in advance.
hot water system is another issue as it is not hot enough for first two days but it improved after we called.
in general, I strong recommended this house, it is very relax for holiday.

This is usually more than enough for most guests, but will not work for streaming tv from home countries. Alternatively there is an option to purchase more online if required. The hot water system has since been upgraded for this property and has been working well ever since for incoming guests. Very well located condo. It didn't look like the condo had been used in quite a while as we had to vacuum all the spiders off the ceilings. Nice deck with a view over the water. In the evenings it was quiet with no noise to keep us awake. I would suggest maybe updating the kitchen pots and pans to items that have matching lids. Loved the bathroom with the walk in shower.

Exceeded our expectations. Place was clean and bright from multiple skylights. Close to town centre for short walks to restaurants and activity centres. Well equipped but rained on the day we wanted to BBQ. Lock up garage is useful to avoid trucks from loading bay of St.Moritz Hotel next door. Living and dining room furniture a little bulky for the cosy space, tastefully appointed. Being higher in the complex, the views of lake and mountains are fabulous! Definately a repeat location.

Had a wonderful time staying here with 3 adults and 2 children for 5 days.
The place was well set up and equipped with everything we needed and was fantastically located, close enough to short walk into town but far enough away so as not to be disturbed by noise at night.
Would not recommend this for anyone with mobility or balance issues, quite a lot of steps (some quite steep) and levels with some steps in unusual places that could easily cause a fall if not aware.
Downstairs bathroom and toilet could be a bit stuffy with lack of ventilation.

what stunning views!! Amazing house rental in a perfect location, only a 5 minute walk to centre of Queenstown. Very tidy clean 3 bedroom house that has amazing views over the lake and mountains, and a great price for 6 nights. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Amazing Location and view was wonderful.
Inside was clean, tidy and warm.
Great value.
Some small negatives, No fire wood provided,would of been nice to have a fire, but heaters worked great.
Deck could do with an good clean & A actual bin outside or provide more garbage bags.
Would recommend and stay here again.

A great property in a central location with magnificent views and good space. Once we sorted the heating out it was very comfortable. The only complaint we had was not enough wood or kindling was supplied for the fireplace which really added to the heat and ambience of the unit. Would be happy to stay in the same property again.

Fantastic! I would stay here again. Great amenities, great view and very clean. The 1 and only negative was the toilet downstairs, which smells as if a pipe has burst and it hasn't been located.

I emailed Goodstays to make a booking for 6 people as the ad said suitable for 6. When we arrived at 8.30pm the property was made up for 5 people so I contacted Goodstays and was put in touch with the property manager Glen. Glen was extremely unhelpful and advised that the property was not suitable for 6 people, only 5, as if this was my mistake. I told him I could send a copy of my correspondence with Goodstays, and also the advert which clearly stated 6 people. Glen said he would need to check the reservation records in the morning, with no apology or attempt to fix the situation for that first night. He also told me scornfully that "you wouldn't get accomodation in Queenstown for 6 people for that price"...again as if this was my fault. Luckily, the 6th member of our party was not arriving until the morning, so I told Glen I would wait to hear from him in the morning. In the morning I received a text from Glen saying they did advertise it for 6, which was incorrect and they would change the advert, and that bedding and towels for the 6th person would be dropped off at the property. Once again, no apology. The sheets were dropped off and we were left to sort the 6th bed ourselves, which was a trundler bed which didn't even fully pull out from under the bed as the room was so small. The actual property itself was fantastic, in a great location, but my experience with Goodstays was terrible. I cannot believe there was no apology even once Glen had proven to himself that they were the ones in the wrong. Our experience was the worst customer service I have ever received.

We were a little disappointed in this property. The location was excellent, very close to town. However, the carpets could do with a good clean, the pillows were cheap and nasty and although they advertised Sky TV, ours was disconnected 4 days into our stay.We phoned Sky to see what had happened and they said the owner had cancelled it!!! You donot advertise a property at premium prices including sky to have the owner cut it off - very unprofessional. Also the property literature said that there was firewood stacked outside - there was none. We had to phone Goodstays who were somewhat put out that we asked for it. We had friends from Australia staying with us who were looking forward to an open fire. Also the All Black test match and NRL final were on that weekend and to have sky cut off without notice was unacceptable.

Overall a good stay' the guests are from overseas, enjoyed the balcony view was stunning to see the hills and lake. During our stay' the food disposal machine was broke down so we called the agent but he was not so much professional ' we were a little bit upset but at the end it got fixed. A suggestion is that to put a sign up' it took us 15min to find the property... Thanks
