Location: the apartment’s hillside position means it’s a downhill, 20 minute walk to downtown or short cab ride (or brisk uphill walk depending on your activity levels!)

Well designed to take advantage of space and light, the Edin apartment is a modern haven on the hill. With postcard perfect views through generous glass windows and from the balcony, this property is the perfect base for diving into all that Queenstown has to deliver.

KITCHEN AND LIVING:
Walk-in level: enter and be welcomed into The Edin Apartment 2's open plan living dining area. The upstairs mezzanine (twin bedroom) lends a cathedral ceiling and flood of natural light to the living area. A contemporary, stainless kitchen with blonde-wood finish completes the scene. The middle level features a double bedroom, the main bathroom and utility room (laundry). Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom is nestled on the basement level.

OUTDOORS:
Edinburgh Drive No.2 enjoys two balconies, one off the living area, the second off the mezzanine bedroom. The perfect spot for a morning coffee or an evening Pino noir.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Unwind with a movie night on the flat screen or jump on the WIFI and upload that mountain shot that will have your friends wishing they were there.

Immaculate View nice and clean house. Goodstays App is the best with all instructions for guess. its a great idea, easy check in and out. Should fix bathroom downstairs as very low pressure shower.

My family and I loved this place. Situated above the lake it provides a magnificent panorama of the surrounding mountains and the lake. It is well equipped with all that you would need and is a short distance down the hill (good walking exercise) to Queenstown shops. the apartment is spread over 4 levels with bedrooms on ground and mid level, the kitchen, lounge and dining room on next level and a bedroom in the loft.

The location and views were absolutely amazing from this rental. Unfortunately goodstays communication was shocking and they never got back to us about a variety of concerns until we were departing Queenstown. They have also charged me a ridiculous amount of money on my credit card on top of keeping our safety bond for damages that were not us. In many of gooodstays information they claim that they understand about accidents and that these things can happen. We broke a chair and tried to report it through their app but the wifi was not working at their apartment so it failed to load (which we tried to contact them about). Now we are being accused of an excessive amount of damage that was not us. I seriously recommend taking photos of the property inside and out as soon as you arrive at a goodstays property to avoid being blamed like we have. Goodstays are very harsh, rude and not very nice to talk to -they threatened legal action when we tried to resolve the problem, so would avoid using their services in the future.

The house was really tidy and in great location. The stay was really good and the fact that all was provided made it better. Some light bulbs were not functioning properly in the bathrooms but other than that the stay was good.

exceptional property would highly recommend. was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 2 teenagers all having our own place with the most anazing views. very well equipped,clean, warm and comfortable. better than the photos on the site with veiws totally undersold ( exceptional ). good distance to town but would recommend a car as the hills are seriously steep. throughly enjoyed this property. Perfect base for your queenstown experience especially with teenagers.

No2 Edinburgh Drive was heaven !
It’s elegant elevated design meant we had the best panoramic view of the lake. Fantastic location and close drive to town. The rooms were clean and the open living dining area was great for a bunch of ladies latenight chatter.
It was easy from the set go. Booking the home online to accessing the keys was no hassle at all.Great communication with Goodstays also.
We had a wonderful stay and will definitely recommend.

The property was pretty good, overall, but was lacking in a few necessities & not particularly clean upon arrival.
A couple of things in the kitchen were left broken by previous visitors - we replaced these on their behalf. The kitchen crockery was also quite dirty & we had to wash everything before using.
There was no clothes airer which was a challenge as not all garments can go in a tumble drier.
The front door handle was also broken & fell off everytime it was touched!
The location of the property was great being so close to town yet the neighbourhood was quiet for the time of our stay.

Great views but the Hill is higher than expected and much steeper. Really think you need to car or taxi. Place was not dirty but was started to need good clean. The main entrance way was really let go with dead plants old newspapers etc. Maintenance needed on carpet stairs. Found 3 bits glass middle kitchen floor and it really needs some labels like "waste Disposals" as we thought it was a light switch. Instructions please - simple for TV, underfloor heating which we could not get to work. 1 small bedside table in all bedrooms no drawers for clothes. Furniture getting shabby and broken

A great view, a great location and great place. Really enjoyed this multi-level apartment which allowed the 6 of us who stayed a wonderful and cosy time. The living area felt homely and the kitchen was very accessible and great for cooking on a night in. I would highly recommend this to a family or a group of friends who want a stunning view and easy access to town.

Fabulous accommodation with amazing views and handy to the township centre. The accommodation was very clean and well presented, had a lot of steps could be a problem for some elderly but wasn't us.
Only a 2 min drive to get into town but the hill back to the accommodation is quite steep so need to be fit to attempt to walk it.
Very minor points, lovely place and would stay there again.

Coming from western Australia we wanted our queenstown holiday to be one to remember forever. The house we rented was the best start to our holiday. The location was a brisk walk into town each day approx 10 min but the hill climb home was a challenge, recommend taxi ride. The view from the lounge - balcony was amazing....... Would recommend the stay to all. 7/10.

This property had amazing views over the lake and overall was very satisfactory. Unfortunately we had a number of missed communications with the manager and when we arrived although we had specifically requested that the sleeping arrangements should be for 7 separate people but this had not been done. It took a few phone calls to get this sorted. The plumbing in one of the bathrooms was not great and the toilet had trouble flushing. Overall I would recommend this property.

Our family of 4 (infant and toddler) loved the condo. Our son enjoyed playing up in the loft area. The views were amazing, condo was in great shape. Only negative was that there wasn't a bathroom on the main floor, so you had to go down a level to get to one. Not a huge problem, just an inconvenenience. Overall, it was a great place!
