ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
The open plan living, dining and kitchen area are light and spacious with contemporary furnishings, but it’s the view that will steal your heart away. Picture yourself looking out over Lake Wakatipu, with a glass of fine, local pinot.

The fully equipped, open plan kitchen is the perfect place for the family to gather around and cook a meal after an action-packed day up the slopes or taking in the beautiful sights of Queenstown. During the warmer months, crank up the barbie and enjoy dinner and company out on the balcony with its picturesque lake and mountain views.

There are 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 King (does not split) with ensuite
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen

LOCATION:
Sunshine Views is located in beautiful Sunshine Bay, Queenstown. 7-minutes’ drive to the centre of town, this area is a great base for all the skiing, boarding and adventure activities Queenstown has to offer.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 6 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Wonderful place to stay. Fantastic views, apartment was excellent and very clean. Still close enough to the town centre and very peaceful surroundings. The Goodstays company were very helpful and gave impeccable service with great communication. We would highly recommend.

Fantastic view, great location, clean, fully livable and with a private parking stop. Has enough space to accommodate families with kids / in-laws.

It's not without some rough edges like a noisy washing machine or a balcony door that takes extra effort to open but those are fairly minor and would not cast even a shadow of a doubt if we were to book it again.

Highly recommend!
