LOCATION:
Located in the exclusive neighborhood of Sunrise Bay, Nestled between Edgewater & Rippon, this well-appointed home has all the amenities close by.

KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS:
The kitchen, dining, study and lounge are located on the top floor. The lounge area has comfy couches, large flat screen TV, DVD, Sky TV and a log fire. A large deck overlooking Lake Wanaka and the surrounding mountains is accessible from this area, offering the perfect place to relax and take in the breath taking views. The BBQ and outdoor dining area is located in the paved courtyard.

BEDROOMS:
This spacious four bedroom home is spread over 2 stories, with 2 bedrooms located on the ground floor, with the master bedroom, boasting a private balcony and en suite, found upstairs. The bedding configuration is as follows:

Bedroom 4: 1 Double

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

was a great home within wanaka great views the house is central to all township snowfields etc its a shame we were told it had a spa which has been ripped up going through reno"s

Great location with nice large house.
Had an issue with low water pressure in the showers which got progressively worse over 2 days, we thought at first that this how it was so initially put up with it. On the third morning however it stopped altogether. Would have rated property condition as four star if their hadn't been a water issue.
We rang up Goodstays and they got it fixed that day and it was great after that. Wish we had rung up earlier.
Would stay again.
It would be nice if there was more seating in the upstairs lounge. Also could do with more smaller wine glasses. It was hard to find the shared spa and pool facility should be a map on the wall or explained in the APP.

I am glad that we were able to rectify the issue with the shower. These things do happen, however it is the fast response in getting it fixed which ultimately makes the difference. In regards to the shared spa/pool, we are on hand 08:00-22:00 to assist with any issues and so we could have pointed you in the right direction right away! However, we are looking into incorporating a guide/map to make this even easier. We look forward to hearing from you next time you plan a visit to either Queenstown or Wanaka. Overall a great stay thank you. However for the price I would have thought having the place heated before guests arrive would be essential. We freezed our butts off for the first 24 hours until the place heated up. There was also no information booklet specific for the house, only the generic one - information regarding the use of firewood, recycling collection, use of the garage, wifi, heating options, laundry etc would have been very useful. The arrival pack also would better suit a motel rather than a high end rental - it would be better to have nothing rather than a plastic bag with just a couple of things in there, especially if guests have booked a long stay. Having stayed in many houses in Wanaka there are certainly things that could be improved, especially for the asking price. Then it could be an excellent rental option.

Hi Craig, thank you for your comments, it's always good to have feed back to help improve our systems. Bedroom heaters are turned on prior to the guests arrival however the fire is not lit due to safety. We do have an app available to download that has all the relevant property information on for your stay. The house compendium has generic information regarding rubbish and recycling.
