ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Open the front door of this beautiful home and step immediately into the hallway. To your right, you will discover the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. Contemporary and stylish, the lounge area consists of an extra large and sumptuous L-shaped couch to snuggle up on while you watch all your favourites on the smart TV + Apple TV.

The modern kitchen has everything you need including a coffee machine and a water filter on the fridge. The large sliding windows open out to the outdoor dining area with pizza oven and BBQ. On chillier nights, dine inside and gaze out at Mt Roy through the feature window in the lounge.

To the left of the front door is the garage with washer, dryer, and ski, board and boot racks. A guest toilet sits on the other side of the hallway and further down are the home’s three bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Open the curtains in the morning and gaze out over the mountain tops.

The second and third bedrooms come complete with split Kings to suit the needs of your family or group. These two bedrooms share the main bathroom at the end of the hallway. Through the door in the bathroom is the back yard and hot tub – the perfect spot to relax after a day up the slopes or sight seeing in Wanaka.

Located in the contemporary subdivision of Stackbrae, this home is a 5 min drive or 30-minute walk to the centre of town. Within walking distance is Ruby’s Cinema (famous for their cocktails and cheese boards), Clip n’ Climb, and Jack Rabbit family restaurant. This holiday home is located off the Cardrona Valley Road, on the way to Cardrona Alpine Resort and Queenstown via the Crown Range.

- Public holiday surcharge of applies to all reservations departing on a public holiday
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
