A spacious, open plan living area allows for easy entertaining and is complimented by a gas fire and heat pump. This home is warm and sunny year-round with North and West facing aspects. Step outside once the sun has risen onto the paved courtyard and private, well-designed garden area.

The property boasts two bathrooms and three bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite, walk in wardrobe and a mountain outlook so spectacular, you won't want to leave bed:

Located on the popular Kings Drive, this 3-bedroom holiday home is the perfect place for a holiday with a large courtyard, garden and mountain views. You’re only a stone’s throw away from Kelly Flat Reserve – a great place for the kids to run around.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

A good experience

We stayed at the Royal Views property as two couples on a ski trip (you could easily have a couple more or kids). The description and photos were spot on - it had everything we needed.
It's a short walk into town through the park, we couldn't have asked for more.
We're planning on going back next year - it's a place I'd highly recommend to anyone.

The house was a great place to stay in Wanaka. It was comfortable, spacious and well equipped - it was perfect for our family group. An easy walk into the town too.

My family and I stayed at this house for 2 weeks while I was working. This house worked out well for us. We never walked to the town center area but we did walk to the playground down the road quite a bit. The house was well equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. The only problem we had was when it was time to leave we were required to take our trash with us to the transfer station in town instead of leaving it in the bin. it wasn't that big of a deal, just seemed a little odd. the house has two heat pumps along with radiant heaters in each bedroom and a very nice gas log fireplace. It was clean inside and I believe the price was good.
