Enjoy mountain views from this sun-drenched Wanaka apartment with large balcony and open plan living. With a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll have everything you need to create your favourite meals. Alternatively get out and about in Wanaka and experience our local cuisine. The two spacious bedrooms in this apartment each have their own ensuites. The living area opens out to the large balcony and is the perfect spot for breakfast or alfresco dining.

There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options in Wanaka to choose from.

10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 4 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $250

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. Really disappointed on arrival no bed made up for daughter.we booked for 5.she slept on couch. After 3 showers no hot water. Biggest disappointment was finding out we could not use pool or hot pools.we would not have stayed here if we had known this. Directions even state Mercure Oakridge resort. Apparently as its privately owned you cant use facilities. Nothing was done when complaint made.

In regards to the bedding; the listing clearly states that linen for the sofa bed is available upon request, and we have no records of any request being made for this extra bedding to be set up. In terms of the facilities, none of the Oakridge apartments have access to the resort facilities, this is also stated in the listing (*Please note that rates do not include use of the gym & pool facilities*) I hope that you enjoyed your time in Wanaka and can only suggest that in the future you read the listing a little more thoroughly prior to booking. The room was a bit dated than expected, considering it was described as newer. There were a lot of knocks and marks about the place. Lamps were damaged and the outdoor tables falling apart. The beds weren't very soft and the shower flooded when high pressure was used, but we figured that out quickly. The room has everything we need but could do with a spruce up and TLC. Would have been nice to have a few more 'motel' amenities such as tea and coffee, and towel changes that don't cost extra. Nice views and communication. Close to cafe over the road and nice restaurant, Jack Rabbit. Up the hill so a bit far to walk into town.

second time we have stayed at this 2 bedroom apartment, 5 other times similar appartments.
Great for the family as decent kitchen lounge and x2 private bedrooms with great ensuite bathrooms.
A short drive into Wanaka.
