Highly recommend this place, gorgeous view, nice neighbourhood and easy to access supermarket and cafe and restaurants. Place was very clean. We had good time stayed there during our family holiday.

Great stay not far from central Queenstown. Perfect for 3 or 4 people.

Cannot beat the view the mountain was so gorgeous and the patio area was great. Please note that the allocated parking is not always available and upon phoning goodstayes we were told they cannot guarantee the parking because it is outside which made parking the rental car tricky and stressful as there was one unallocated parking close by. Kitchen missing a couple of key utensels for self catering. Some stuff not washed propperly and 2 glasses were dirty in the cupboard Dryer was making an unusually loud noise so called to check if it was normal, was told they would send someone to check, heard nothing after that so could not use it. Overall not a bad stay but not a great one either. You really feel it is run by a property agency, customer service is not top priority here

I recently rented this apartment, and I'm satisfied with my experience. The apartment itself was well-maintained and comfortable. What truly stood out was the view of the mountains. Overall, a great choice for anyone seeking a pleasant and enjoyable living space.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we needed for a long weekend—a convenient location near shops, restaurants, and the bus stop. We appreciated active communication from Goodstay's team about temporary maintenance during our stay. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

amazing view, comfortable, close to amenities. Positive: Beautiful location and close to shops, restaurants and playgrounds. not too far from Queenstown. Carpark right outside. Negative: Couches were super uncomfortable, not much space in lounge for the family to watch a movie together.

Positive: The view from the apartment was beautiful, apartment was clean and tidy. We had everything we needed to cook and clean. All air conditioning and heated sheets worked well! Negative: For a week stay there was no laundry detergent provided (at all), we also had no idea where to park as we picked the key up from a lock box which had no information about where to park, etc.

This place is really amazing! About 15-20 mins from Queenstown proper and we loved the quiet area! There’s a new world from a walking distance if you need to stack up some food. Nick and Emma are amazing communicators and would grant our requests if they’re able to! Place is really spacious, clean, and has an spectacular view. Would definitely book this again when we come back :)

Check in info was not sent in AirBnb. It came to email as PDF but that too from a different ‘from person’ instead of Airbnb. We stood in cold for 1 hour to get check in details. Owner did not pick up phone so had to call different people to get details finally! When entered, observed one heater was not working, only 1 toilet roll for 6 people, no hand wash, not enough bath soaps!! When asked owner, he mentioned they provide only starter pack and I have to purchase remaining! What’s the point of paying so much for Airbnb?? And this info was not mentioned when I booked This accommodation. When I asked owner, he said they provided this info in that email PDF which was sent 1 week prior to arrival!! This is like cheating customers! No Smart TV in home! Who on earth doesn’t provide smart TVs in Airbnbs these days?? Worst ever Airbnb experience I had! Stay away

Lovely place to stay, very clean. short walk to Remarkable shopping center and only a short drive into Queenstown. Very close to airport and ski slopes.

Great apartment - warm, clean, modern and comfortable.
A little challenging to find initially as apartment block part of newer subdivision. Perhaps useful to position building location to nearby building(s) In joining instructions. Would definitely book again.

It was really the best days in my life with Remarkable gardens apartment.

We had a wonderful time in an absolutely beautiful apartment! The apartment was spotless and felt brand new!!! Everything was perfect and we loved the underfloor heating in the bathrooms! Goodstays had everything beautifully organised. We even had all of the directions we needed on how to work the stove, air conditioning, washer, dryer- in fact everything- emailed to us before we arrived. The sheets were beautiful. The towels were enormous ! It was a fantastic place and we’ll definitely be back!! Thank you for providing us with such a beautiful place.

Overall the apartment was excellent, clean well appointed and convenient location to Queenstown, the ski slopes, and surrounding environment.

Property was very clean and at a good location.

We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was convenient to the airport, the remarkables and the supermarket. Being able to cook for ourselves, and wash and dry our active wear was a real benefit. We also called the staff to enquire about a few things (late check out etc) and they were responsive and very helpful. Highly recommend for a couple going to the snow
