PANORAMA TERRACE LUXURY PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Spoil yourself in this modern and lavish holiday home with majestic views overlooking the surrounding mountains and the three arms of Lake Wakatipu, which will truly take your breath away. This home is the ultimate set up all year around whether you want to cosy up by the fire after a day’s skiing or bask in the sun on the surrounding balconies in the summer months.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Set over two spacious levels, upon entry to the ground floor you have two luxurious bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. They both open out onto a balcony where you can indulge in the spectacular views. There is a double car garage that is perfect for storing luggage and ski gear as well as containing a fully equipped laundry. The second floor consists of a stunning open plan kitchen/living area creating a beautiful space to relax and unwind while taking in the award-winning view. The master bedroom has its own private balcony and comes with a large ensuite with a bath and shower.

The spacious, modern kitchen has all appliances and equipment you will need during your stay. It also has breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out at the astonishing view.

The separate dining space creates a special area to enjoy your meal while gazing out at the surrounding lake and mountains. The gas fire in the lounge can set the scene for a cosy night in or you can open the sliding doors to the sunny balcony creating the ultimate indoor/outdoor flow.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

Thank you Goodstays for a wonderful experience and stay in Queenstown. We stayed in a beautiful and tidy house with everything we ever needed for 12 days. Booking online was an easy process. There were heaps of places to choose from and for our family and grandparents it was a cheaper option than a hotel or self contained apartment. The communication between myself and Goodstays was great. Simple process for payment and great to have until 4 weeks before the stay before the final payment was due. We loved the great location, beautifully kept house with plenty of room to relax. Our only niggle was the rubbish bags. For two weeks it was difficult to keep the rubbish to a minimum. We did do trips out with our recycle rubbish about 4 times in our stay. Being able to use the bins at the house would have been a benefit. Otherwise, super happy with everything and would definately book through Goodstays again. Thanks for the memories. Susan and family.

In regards to the rubbish bags, we operate self catering holiday homes, meaning that we supply a few essentials to get the guest through the first few days (dishwashing tablets, washing powder, rubbish bags etc) but outside of this it is up to the guest to purchase any additional items they may require for their stay. This home has wonderful views. The kitchen is quite well appointed if you decide to cook at home. There were a few extras in the cupboard like herbs and soy sauce. We used home delivery of groceries from Countdown. It worked well.
It is quite a walk from town if you have kids. Parking in Queenstown can be a challenge.
Clean and spacious.

Sensational!

We were two families staying for a week in Queenstown for skiing. We loved everything about the place and couldn't fault it.

A few people have commented about the lack of Garbage capacity - but be a good global citizen and just recycle all your bottles at the local centre (just near the airport) and you should have plenty of space.

The booking experience with good stays was great. Friendly customer service. The house is lovely and comfortable. We did need a change in the propane tank as we ran out of hot water. Goodstays had someone come out right away.

This house certainly has the wow factor. The views would be among the best available in Queenstown. Very clean, comfortable beds. Good shower pressure. Great for family group as very spacious. Some issues we encountered were; upstairs bedrooms are not soundproof can hear everything in living area. Masterbed wall is not sealed/joined with living room. Initial Wifi password given did not work and limited range. We also had gas bottle run out the day we arrived so cold showers initially. On the whole a lovely stay.

Beautifully appointed home with the most spectacular views. The entire 2nd level was like one big balcony with breathtaking views from all rooms on this level. Our family loved the comfort of the lounge area. 3 bathrooms was wonderful for our family of older children. House very clean on arrival. We had a wonderful time in Queenstown. We loved our day on Dart River Funyaks, the gondola and Skyline Restaurant, and kids loved the Bungy and canyoning. Great double garage as easy to park with a people mover vehicle.

We've tried four times in a row having the clothes dryer unusable, emails were sent and we informed about it from the first time this problem happened. But it was never fixed.
The whole trip was ruined by the disappointing clothes dryer.

The rental people were very helpful and considerate. They honoured our request for checking in a bit earlier as we had few senior family members with us. We had a great time at Panorama Tec , the views overlooking the lake were spectacular, also the beautiful sunset from the front of the house adds to the whole experience of this place. The spacious rooms and enormous living area we great and the 5 of us had our own space when we needed it. The only small downfall was the plates ,glasses and cutlery we had to wash before we used them.
We would return to Panorama Tec again if we were back in Queenstown

We had a wonderful time at Panorama Terrace. The house was immaculate and spacious and the views were amazing. There were only a few small things we weren't happy with and they were the lack of heating in the bathrooms, they were freezing! And also the limit on the amount of rubbish we were aloud to leave for the cleaners to collect, for a week long stay with 7 people, 2 garbage bags was a struggle, and there also didn't seem to be an option for recycling. But overall a very positive experience.

We loved our stay with exceptional views, easy to heat and loved having a bathroom each. Our grandson enjoyed watching the planes fly by!! Our only recommendation would be to supply some new sharp knives or a sharpener that works and maybe some new pots.

This house was perfect for our family of six adults. Plenty of room and really well equipped. Beautifully presented and toasty warm for a winter week. As well as excellent skiing close to both Remarkables and Coronet Peak, the gondola ride and delicious lunch at top and jet boat ride on Shotover were wonderful experiences. Would also recommend the Onsen just out of Queenstown for a relaxing hour. To wake up to the stunning views from almost every room of this house was a delight . Would not hesitate to recommend.

From first site the place looked amazing and great location. Entering the property was absolutely stunning the house was just amazing and had all the amenities that you need for a wonderful stay. A bit of a walk into town but nothing unrealistic especially if you find the short cuts. The views are the most fantastic and remarkable you will ever see something you can enjoy all day and night . This place is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views. However it does have two niggly issues: the wifi is SLOW and can only take two devices - i used call phone data instead because ir was way faster! This was particularly annoying since you pay extra for wifi. The second issue is there are signs stuck everywhere on the house by the property management co with all these rules about what you must not do and various fines you will incur if you breach the rules. This is more akin to a budget hostel than the luxury home this place is. But, those two issues aside the place truly has stunning views and is a lovely property.

Unfortunately Queenstown in general has slow internet due to being in an alpine town it can be frustrating at times, fortunately the amazing town makes up for it in with stunning views, restaurants, activities, skiing, fishing, and so on. With regards to our guest compendium, we do need to clearly describe procedures in black and white as we cater for guests from all over the world and not all have English as their first language. Great place to stay while in Queenstown. The place would benefit from having better crockery, stemware etc otherwise great in all other respects.

We were in Queenstown for a family wedding with guests from UK and Zambia. The house was fantastic with loads of space for all 8 people and a great location in between the Airport and town for all our dining experiences. We loved the flow of the house and the views were amazing, I would definitey recommend this property. It was clean and well maintained

The photos do not do this house justice. What a beautiful place to stay. The views are amazing and property is very well maintained. We could not have wanted more.

Loved staying here - the house is modern and spacious with fabulous views. I would certainly choose to stay here again and recommend it to others. However I was a bit disappointed that an $85 fee for checking out on a public holiday was taken out of the $250 security deposit. In my view Goodstays should have included the fee for checking out on a public holiday in the list of itemised charges and total amount quoted to me when I requested the house (I note the t&c did state that a $85 fee is charged). In my view a security deposit is to cover any damage or additional cleaning. It seemed a bit sneaky to take the fee out of the refunded security deposit.

The property is outstanding. There was 7 of us and the house was more than comfortable. The lounge, and kitchen space was awesome and the views of the lake were seen from all but one room in the house and were breathtaking. Nick from Goodstays and Glen, the property manager were both excellent in responding to our queries and delivering extra wine glasses. We would highly recommend the property, particularly if you're travelling with a few friends. Location is excellent as well, 20 minute walk to town.

Walking distance to town with amazing views - the house was lovely. It was not as well finished or clean as I would expect. The crockery was chipped and there was not enough for the 8 of us that stayed, or garbage bags. But apart from these little inconsistencies I would definitely recommend and stay at this property again.

It was amazing!!!!!! Queenstown is gorgeous, the view from the balcony was amazing. I loved the fire place.

Given it's location and views, Panorama Terrace had great potential to be a fantastic stay for us. However, my husband, 3 kids and I were somewhat disappointed when we got there. We had moved there after a very satisfied week's stay at another luxury property at a prime area close to town.
The property was listed to have underfloor heating. We were therefore surprised to find portable heaters throughout the house and quickly realised that that was because other than the tiled kitchen, bathroom & walkways, the carpeted areas (bedrooms & living areas) had no heating.
The other issue was - Signs with rules and regulations with the penalties were posted throughout the kitchen and living areas which reminded me of my dormitory days. Definitely not something one would expect in a luxury rental.
Our biggest problem was on our 2nd night's stay, we had no hot water for our showers after coming off the slopes! The 2 gas bottles, supposedly replaced before our arrival, had run out. Credit to Goodstays for their immediate response when I contacted them the next morning but that really shouldn't have happened in the first place.
Overall, we did enjoy staying at the house as it is a well designed home but comparing it to the other houses we've stayed at in Queenstown the last 5 winters in the same rental range, it lacks the basic amenities one would expect - underfloor heating throughout & SKY TV for international news & sports.
I would recommend the house to friends who aren't bothered about TV for the summer.

Property had a great view of the lake/mountains and located few mins from city centre, making trips to supermarkets/shops very convenient.

Unfortunately, the good experience was marred by details that was not made apparent by the property mgt company. We were given 2 black trashbags during our stay, with additonal bags to be cleared charged at $6 per bag. Noting that, we obtained more black trashbags at the supermkt and put it out for collection on Tues night (rubbish diposal truck comes on Wed). However, we were told that the black trashbags were not proper disposal bags (we need to obtain the BLUE bags?!) and hence the truck did not pick up our trashbags. This resulted in additional cleaning cost charged by the property.
We were also charged for additonal gas consumption, even though we kept it at normal usage (switched off when we were out/we sleep).
We are also being charged for damaged blinds, when we did not draw the blinds during the stay, and as we were not aware of any damaged blinds upon arrival, this was not reflected to the mgt company.

Otherwise, a good property overall, but one has to be made aware re the extra charges that may come along with it.

Panorama Terrace has a great name. What a magnificent view. Location was excellent. It was a special treat to stay here with my family of 6 adults. Everyone wanted the best bedroom but they were all wonderful so no arguments. Fantastic holiday. Extremely happy with our choice. No problems whatsoever. Well done Goodstays.

Fantastic stay . Very comfortable for 6 adults & 2 children. Ultra modern , clean and the amazing view up the lake just simply beautiful . Only recommendation would be to install central heating ( was a cold snap ) but other than that was absolutely perfect . Wouldn't mind owning the place !!!

Thank you for your comments regarding the house and just to clarify the security bond refund process - this bond is generally refunded with 2 working days after departure once our cleaning team have reset the property. In this particular case the guests vacated on the friday morning and teh security deposit was refunded on the Monday afternoon.

Stunning views, beautiful house, very quiet. Could have done with more furniture as there were 7 of us. Would recommend to anyone.
