PANORAMA TERRACE LUXURY PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Spoil yourself in this modern and lavish holiday home with majestic views overlooking the surrounding mountains and the three arms of Lake Wakatipu, which will truly take your breath away. This home is the ultimate set up all year around whether you want to cosy up by the fire after a day’s skiing or bask in the sun on the surrounding balconies in the summer months.
Set over two spacious levels, upon entry to the ground floor you have two luxurious bedrooms sharing a large bathroom. They both open out onto a balcony where you can indulge in the spectacular views. There is a double car garage that is perfect for storing luggage and ski gear as well as containing a fully equipped laundry. The second floor consists of a stunning open plan kitchen/living area creating a beautiful space to relax and unwind while taking in the award-winning view. The master bedroom has its own private balcony and comes with a large ensuite with a bath and shower.
The spacious, modern kitchen has all appliances and equipment you will need during your stay. It also has breakfast bar where you can enjoy your morning coffee while looking out at the astonishing view.
The separate dining space creates a special area to enjoy your meal while gazing out at the surrounding lake and mountains. The gas fire in the lounge can set the scene for a cosy night in or you can open the sliding doors to the sunny balcony creating the ultimate indoor/outdoor flow.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
You will have access to the entire home.
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
Location: close to everything at the foot of Queenstown Hill, Panorama Terrace (as its name suggests) offers a panorama of the surrounding mountains and Lake Wakatipu.
Fancy a morning stroll to grab a coffee in town? In under 30 minutes you could can be in the thick of it in central Queenstown. If you’re saving your energy for a big hike, jump in the car and be there in under 5!
Parking: well catered for with a double garage, with a large drying rack. Also ideal for storing luggage and ski gear.
