It’s all in the name - this modern property boasts those incredible Wanaka views. A simple 5-minute drive from the centre of town, Number One Views is spacious, warm and inviting.
Enter the lower level of the home through the front door and to your left you will find two bedrooms, the main bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs is the perfect spot for entertaining – a large kitchen complete with dish drawers, a breakfast bar and plenty of bench space. HRV ducting from the heat pump in the living area distributes warmth to the bedrooms.
Admire the view from the 6-seater dining table or cosy up in the lounge area with large smart screen TV, sound bar and Lazy Boy seating. Part of the lounge area partitions off into a fourth bedroom with Queen-sized pull down bed. Also upstairs, you’ll find a guest toilet and the spacious master bedroom with King sized bed, ensuite and external access for indoor/outdoor flow.
In the outside garden, you will discover an alfresco dining area and fenced garden – the perfect place for star gazing or relaxing after a day on the lake or up the mountain.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.
There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options in Wanaka to choose from.
10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.
