MATARAKI MAGIC PROPERTY SUMMARY:
Superbly designed and decorated, this house is where style, convenience and comfort meet. Sit back, relax and soak in the panoramic lake and mountain views.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
To maximise the views, the lounge, dining and kitchen areas have glass sliding doors which open out to the amazing patio area. The large bunk room is the perfect place for kids to hang out, complete with a TV and bean bags.

BEDROOMS:
With four bedrooms and two bathrooms, this home is a perfect option for two families or the larger family wanting space whilst having all the benefits of home. The bedding configuration is as follows:
Master Bedroom: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen
Bedroom 3: 1 Queen
Bedroom 4: 2 Bunk Beds (sleeps 4)

LOCATION:
Situated at the end of cul-de-sac, less than 5-minutes’ drive into the centre of Wanaka, this split-level home has been designed to take full advantage of the outstanding outlook.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 10 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

We had an outstanding time in this wonderful home. It was very well equipped and contained everything we needed. The outdoor area worked well and the views are awesome. We would definitely stay again.

The house was a lovely house to stay in, it fitted our two families very well with good seperated spaces for kids. There were some maintanenve issues that need to be taken care of, such as light bulbs, nightstands for every bed and night lights, and also dusting of lampshades. Just small issues that are are easily resolved, but are essential for a house such as this.
The other issue was tech, , it would be good if the house had a casting device, a lot of people want to watch apple play or Netflix etc and there wansn’y that capability, this would make the stay a bit more comfortable.

We had a great stay for 1month in this very nice propertie. Everything was very good and like in the Pictures. We will come back for sure.

A fantastic warm spacious house for us.We stayed there twice now and would certainly go back.I did a review on the App.

Gas bottles were more or less empty when we arrived including the BBQ.That happened last time as swell.
The kitchen needs more utencils.Its obvious they have been depleted over the years and not replaced,especially glasses,sharp knives and other basic cooking utensils.BBQ caught fire from fat in drip tray that was not clean

A few more blankets would also be useful.

generally though a very good house for 8-10 people to holiday in.
