Standard accommodation with nice view. few issues with how to use the oven and one of the element on stop top was not working. Upstairs flooring is squeeky when you walk. We got into queenstown late around 8.30pm and cannot pickup a car till next day. It would be nice that after having booked in 10 nights and spent over 4k to least have host provided a few simple things like water bottle and tea and small milk as a complimentary. but no there was nothing. we could not get the car into the garage because of the driveway was steep and would scratch the vehicle so we had to park on the road. most nights we had issue securing car park. other then nice view from deck I truly felt it was over price for the condition of the place. sorry but would not book here again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying in Alan’s Airbnb. I must say the views were absolutely stunning. The place offered panoramic uninterrupted Mountain Views of the majestic lake Wakatipu. I was extremely impressed by Alan’s flexibility in accommodating our last-minute request. Everything in the property was in good condition and was perfect for me and my cousins. Thank you for a wonderful and beautiful stay, you have been part of making our holiday so so special and we will always rememer that!

We have an amazing time at Allan’s place. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the surrounding is very quiet and private. The location is close to the town (less than 10mins drive) and the airport (only 6mins drive!). We would like to come back again in winter time☺️ thank you Allan for having us

A great spot with a fabulous view. It sits halfway between Frankton and Queenstown, so it was handy to have a hire car. The place was clean and spacious - great for a family or small group. A wonderful stay - thank you!!

The place is spacious and tidy. We stayed for eight nights and absolutely loved it. Communication is great. We messaged about the malfunction of the light bulb, then it was fixed the following day. The location and the view from the balcony are amazing and definitely recommend others to stay!

We had a great time. Positive: The views were great. The kitchen and bathrooms were also fabulous. This is the first time I’ve hired a house. I loved the privacy and the convenience. Negative: It’s a bit shabby with curtains hanging off their tracks and the carpet worn in various places. We needed the trundle bed which obviously had been made up for quite a while without being used. It was dirty. I had to wash the bedding before it could be used. The pillows were lumpy and need replacing.

We had a great stay in Queenstown and Marina Heights was the perfect place to stay in. The house is in a perfect location with spacious bedrooms and was very clean when we arrived and to have 3 toilets was also handy with 7 of us staying there. To wake up with those mountain views was spectacular and I will highly recommend Marina Heights! Thanks also to the Goodstays Team with all their assistance and patience with the different Alert Levels in these uncertain times.

Loved the location and service from Goodstays but the property was not in good condition for the money paid.

Location was convenient to both airport and main town. Also, close to Frankton Centre. It was lovely waking up to the views of the Remarkables. The property itself is well maintained and was a very reasonable price

The shower head in the main bathroom needs replacing please and the dish drawer stopped working. Thank you to the Goodstays team for coming out and having a look at things VERY quickly. The taps on the vanity in the mai bathroom were very loose and need attending to also.
We very much appreciated the heating all being on for our arrival. It was beautiful.
Sky Sport would be a welcome addition to the tv channels

The VIEW from the house was spectacular! Watching the planes taking off and landing was a real highlight. The location was perfect to both Frankton and into Queenstown.
The driveway is VERY steep and scraped the bottom of our cars every time we drove into the garage. However, when in, the garage was huge and fabulous!
We LOVED this house and didn't want to leave!

We really enjoyed our time in queenstown. Great accommodation, very cozy and warm. Excellent amenities and property was nicely presented on arrival. Good customer service but only negative was that the key was not left in the lock box on arrival and had to call for access. I would definitely stay here again.

What a beautiful house with the Great Lake and mountain view. The house has everything you need and loved the heating system keeps warm and nice.

Large house in Frankton with plenty of room. House could do with some TLC - everything looking tired and garden needs attention. It would be great also to have more kitchen utensils. But overall a great tidy house.

The house was clean and comfortable. Terrific beds. We were disappointed by the amenities. Only a quarter of the grill worked. We got the oven to work only once after turning off the power. No serving platters and few cooking utensils like a working garlic press. No large pots but lots of large pot lids. One skillet. We had to borrow pots from a neighbor. One last suggestion is to add the lockbox code to check out app. We did not remember the code and luckily could find it in our private email.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. It is in a great location, handy to the airport, Queenstown centre, and the ski fields. Really lovely view over the lake. There was plenty of room and a good layout for our family of 5. We stayed in winter and the home has great heating and was nice and warm. There were plenty of blankets for all the beds too. The house was very clean. It has a great kitchen with everything we needed. We were able to park our car in the garage. Excellent communication from the property company and arrival and departure arrangements were easy and explained well. We would definitely stay again.

The configuration of the house was great for two families to stay. The two bathrooms made for an easy time as we had a child with us. The house was clean and tidy.
The only drawbacks were lack of a beater to beat up some cream.
The other dangerous item was the handrail to the deck off the dining room. This was not attached at one end and was rotting quite badly.If anyone was to fall whoever owns it could be held responsible.I think this should be checked immediately before it is let out again.

Overall if was very good, however disappointing that the fire place does not work and the kitchen utensils lacking.

My family stayed in 62B Marina Heights for an extended vacation and absolutely loved our time here. The view of the lake and mountains is STUNNING! The location is ideal, as it is close to Queenstown, the Remarkables Shopping Centre, the path along the lake, and the ski resorts (Coronet and The Remarkables). The apartment is clean, well stocked (linens and kitchen supplies), and spacious. A great spot.

loved the view and the apartment was very nice the let down was the bathrooms and the beds, not the most comfortable. and the bathrooms looked like they were out of a Holiday Park...

The house was very nice and the rental people v good about letting us go in at 11am instead of 2pm.The furnishings were very good standard and overall the house was clean except for the window ares which were covered with dead flies and the chairs and table on the decking were covered in cobwebs. The disappointing area was the amount of kitchen equipment and glasses provided etc which one would need . I went out and purchased extra wine glasses,and no champagne glasses at all so i also had to prchase some. There was not enough serving dishes for food eg platters for meat or fish and bowls to put salads or veges in. I had to borrow these items from my son as well as extra saucepan large size .I also had to borrow extra plates as there were only enough for one sitting and no spares.I really think at the price we paid for this accomodation that this area needs to be addressed. We also had mega problems with the wifi my brother a md of his company needed to make urgent emails on a daily basis to his employees and had to go down to my son's to get his business completed. We did ring good stays but did not think they were very well informed or that helpful about the wifi situation,for which we had to pay for. We also wouls have liked a few sun loungers on the decking area and a small table and chairs on the upstairs patio would have been a nice touch.Apart from these small niggles we greatly enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Great communication and process that made it super easy to rent from you, from booking and payment to getting in and spending the first night and checking out.

Oh and the fantastic views that you get to wake up to every morning made it that much more of an amazing experience.

We had a few initial glitches, but these were dealt with very quickly and efficiently by the management. The house was comfortable and quiet and plenty big enough for the kids. The view was spectacular and it was ideally located between Frankton and Queenstown. The garage was great storage for all the ski gear too.

Super warm and cosy house with plenty of amenities for everyone. Very comfy beds, nice showers, stunning views. Only slight negative was not quite enough in the way of kitchenware. Apart from that it was fantastic!
