This home has an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area with a wood burner for extra ambiance. The kitchen is a delight to cook in with spacious bench tops, a large electric oven, gas hob and dishwasher. The patio off the dining and living area is perfect when entertaining guests and for capturing those magnificent views which will make you the envy of your friends.

There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options in Wanaka to choose from.

LOCATION:
This apartment is in a central location picture postcard lake and mountain views which leave a lasting impression the moment you walk in. Situated overlooking the Wanaka Marina, it is only a short stroll to the lakefront and the many restaurants and cafes that Wanaka has to offer.
RATES:
- Rates are a guide only and subject to change
- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 8 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. There were 6 of us staying and we had an excellent stay. The views are outstanding. The house fully equipped. Lots of firewood and plenty of heaters to keep us warm. Only a 7 minute walk into town. The Goodstays has an excellent app with all the instructions you need.

Very happy with our accommodation. Convenient to everything and quiet position overlooking lake. There is a construction site in front with large crane which was disappointing but no real construction happened during our stay. Very spacious and clean.

For a property accomodating up to 8 people we felt it lacked things in the kitchen department. Big dishes for use in oven together with bigger pots/saucepans.

Great location and views and good for family. We did have our cars egged one night and people coming up to the door but no one there. Not sure whether anyone in the area experienced this but a bit unnerving.

Fantastic location, views, cleanliness etc. Very comfortable beds and seating inside. Sadly no outdoor furniture for the seating area and no basic kitchen supplies which we have never experienced before with a holiday rental. We would happily stay again as the house is very warm and comfortable.

Only set back we had hard time finding the house.

This unit is lovely, beautiful view, spacious and fully equipped. Good location with Jus few minutes to the town centre.

The property was clean and tidy and the house was as described. It was a pity that some of the small things were missing making it seem a little stingy i.e.; less than half toilet rolls and no extras, no extra linen, wet firewood delivered that was unusable and which was stacked and covered the only few dry logs of firewood!! These are small niggles but make the stay less enjoyable. Thankfully it was a mild week of weather until the last night meaning we weren't too cold.

Here at Goodstays we operate self catering holiday homes for those who want to experience Queenstown or Wanaka like a local. While we do provide a few essentials such as dishwashing liquid, several rubbish bags and toilet rolls, everything outside of this needs to be provided by the guest themselves. Having said this, each property usually have some extra items left by previous guests which you are more than welcome to use. I apologise for the wet firewood, had you given us a call while you were in house we would have been more than happy to send someone from our friendly Guest Services team over to resolve this issue. Lismore Lakeviews was exactly as described on the site. Perfect for our family with 4 adults and 2 children. The location was perfect as were the views. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lismore Lakeviews is wonderfully placed to afford great views of Lake Wanaka, parts of the town, and the snow capped (in winter) mountains across the lake. Even with zero temperatures outside the wood fire, heat pump, and bedroom floor heaters keep the place very cosy.
It's a little disappointing that some small details that could create a big impression at very little cost are ignored - lack of items such as essential cooking needs, essential bathroom supplies, even matches for the fire. These could be topped up from bulk supplies. The absence of a mobile garage door remote control is quite inconvenient, and generic remotes are available on-line for just a few dollars.
Nevertheless, we thoroughly recommend this property as a staging point for the snowfields and for the attractions of Queenstown, only an hour away.

All of our homes are well equipped to manage in sub-zero temperatures due to the nature of foreign guests arriving from warmer climates it is imperative to us that our holiday houses are warm and cosy. We provide start up packs and leave any condiments from previous guests such as salt & pepper, cooking oil, but are not setup as a hotel style accommodation. Garage door remotes are frequently taken away by guests and cost over $100 each to replace so just a few dollars sadly.
