Nestled in its own private cul-de-sac, Jack's Point Retreat is a brand-new, stylish home completed with contemporary interior design throughout. This delightful holiday home is perfectly surrounded by the mountains and close enough to the Jack's Point clubhouse should you wish head out for a coffee or book a table for lunch or dinner.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter the house through the impressive double garage or through the front door, which leads you upstairs to the open plan living. To your left is the kitchen, dining and living area, with its mountain views, gas fireplace, spectacular dining table and breakfast bar.

The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. The living area with its comfortable couches and smart TV, comes complete with Netflix and a soundbar for guests who wish to plug in and play their own movies or music. The gas fireplace heats the space quickly, should you wish to relax after a big day of adventuring.

On the upstairs level behind the kitchen and entertaining area, is the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom and walk in wardrobe. The ground level consists of a shared bathroom, separate toilet and laundry. The second and third bedrooms both have a Queen bed and their own French doors – ideal for the summer months.

- Rates are a guide only & subject to change

- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 6 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

A lovely new house we enjoyed staying at for our family holiday with a young toddler. Very warm for winter with underfloor , gas heating as well as a heat pump and an additional electric heater with a thermostat we used to keep the temperature consistent overnight in our son’s room. Fast drive to Queenstown, Coronet Peak, the Remarkables and we drove to Arrowtown twice for early meals. Super close to the airport as well which made arriving and leaving with a toddler very easy for us. Great to have the grass right outside for our son to burn energy off as well as the playground a short walk away. Having a well set up house such as this makes going away with a little one so much easier and enjoyable. We spent a lot of time in the house while he napped and for early bedtimes and appreciated having a lovely view while we sat around rather than stuck in a small inner Queenstown apartment.

Great accommodation. Clean wasn't detailed e.g. skirting boards, dusting etc. Toilet seat and toilet roll holder in downstairs bathroom needing maintenance.

Very nice house, good area if you have young kids as there is a nice play ground, soccer field and tennis courts.
