HERITAGE VILLA 1 PROPERTY SUMMARY:
This quaint, two-bedroom villa offers all the space and amenities you need for your family vacation. Nestled in the 5 acres of the Heritage Park Wanaka Villas, this holiday home is the perfect location for a ski trip or summer break.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
Enter through the main entrance and into the open plan kitchen and living with the two bedrooms and bathroom off to the left. The main bathroom has a spa bath and the master bedroom has an ensuite. This sunny home has a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow complete with a gas fireplace inside, and a BBQ area outside. The kitchen has a built-in espresso machine and a two-seater breakfast bar.

BEDROOMS:
The bedrooms are adjacent and all on one level providing warmth throughout. There are 2 bedrooms as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

GUEST ACCESS:

GUEST INTERACTION:
The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

GETTING AROUND:
There is off street parking at the property plus taxi and shuttle options in Wanaka to choose from.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
10pm - 7am quiet time outside - local council regulation.

LOCATION:
Located 3km from the town centre, Heritage Villa provides incredible space and tranquillity without being too far from downtown Wanaka. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance, with plenty of eateries and retail outlets all within a quick 5 to 10-minute drive.

RATES:
- Rates are a guide only & subject to change
- Note special events and Christmas/New Year’s tariff subject to increased nightly rates and minimum stay
- Additional fees include pre-arrival inspection, house linens, towels and standard departure clean
- Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
- Prices are for up to 4 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
- Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

PRIVACY ACT:
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Hi there we arrived and thought the villa looked great, easy location to get to and from the show. However we where not informed there was a wedding venue right next door with loud music playing till midnight both Friday and Saturday night which was a bit of a nightmare especially when we where having to get up early. A shame as the villa itself was great.

The house is on a quiet and beautiful section, not too far from the town centre. It has everything you may need for a relaxing holiday in Wanaka. It even has a tennis court. Good indoor-outdoor flow. The patio transitions nicely into the large lawn with young trees. Inside is pleasant too. It was mainly clean, apart from some half-cleaned cups and dishes in the pantry and a dirty cutlery drawer. A few more sharper knives could be added to the kitchen utensils.

Minor niggles at first: insufficient attention to detail on previous clean; hob greasy; coffee machine not cleaned; mats dirty; vacuum cleaner full; frying pans broken; light bulbs broken. Chris resolved issues promptly.

Otherwise property and location were great. Good views, good facilities, clean.

Improvements that could be made: better lighting in lounge; tennis racquets - we left some from the op-shop. Wifi fee seems excessive.

We really like staying here. But for the price, a decent supply of essential items would go a long way to making the stay a lot better. Toilet paper, salt & pepper, dishwasher powder, laundry powder etc supplied in minimal quantities - so on a stay over 2 days, a trip to the supermarket to stock up on the stuff you don't want to tale home with you, is required.

The villa is large and well furnished. The beds are very soft and the furniture comfy. The areas that we believe need improving are:
- More cutlery and dishes than just 4 settings. A couple of small sharp knives and a knife sharpener wouldn't go amiss.
- Clear instructions on the use of the espresso machine would be good, though I did manage to work it out in after awhile.
- The outside furniture needs maintenance - just re-staining of the wooden furniture would be great.
- This is advertised as "Luxurious & elegant" and for over $300 a night, it didn't quite stack up - nothing wrong really, but we expected something special.
It is advertised as "close to town" - it's not! We needed a car to get to and fro - it didn't meet our expectations in this regard. It is just over 2.5 kms to the town from the Villa - a half hour walk according to Google maps.
- WIFI needed paying for (at ridiculous prices) apart from the first 2 minutes (which is nothing). For the price we paid for the Villa, we would expect free WIFI.

This was a really nice villa extremely well maintained and well laid out with everything we needed. Was a little bit outside the main area of Wanaka (not within walking distance) but on the plus side has lots of surrounding trees and grounds to enjoy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location but having stayed at this property many times in the past some maintenance is required. It is none the less clean and what we wanted in terms of location
