Diamond on Tenby is a brand-new home in the heart of Wanaka. The convenient location means that you can leave the car at home and walk to the many cafes and shops along the esplanade. The home offers luxury accommodation for up to 6 guests.

This contemporary holiday home has been designed with open plan indoor and outdoor living which you can enjoy all year round with alfresco dining. Relax in the hot tub after a big day on the lake or through the winter, up on the slopes. The details have been well considered throughout the house with brand new furniture, fittings and appliances. You’ll be warm in the cooler months thanks to the apartment’s good insulation and heating. Come summertime, simply open the sliding doors and let the breeze in.

Master Bedroom: 1 King (2 singles on request)

- Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

This is a wonderful nearly new house that is suitable for a larger party or extended family.

Instructions for entry were excellent and the property definitely has a "wow" factor. Lots of room for everyone, a nice garden to laze in with the afternoon sun and a spa pool.

The only thing this property missed was a wardrobe in the master bedroom (there is a walk in wardrobe that was locked). Otherwise, this was a great house with an easy 3 block walk to the lake and town centre.

Also, very close to the supermarket. Thanks for the stay, we'll be back.

We loved everything about our stay! We stayed here for a week with our 4 adult children and loved that we all felt we had our own space. Such a well equip kitchen made doing meals super easy. Clean, spacious and warm, with lovely views and walking distance to shops and cafes.
