Bird’s Eye View is perfectly situated close to Queenstown overlooking Lake Wakatipu and looking directly towards the Remarkables Mountain Range with views of central Queenstown. Bird’s Eye View is an ideal base for smaller groups looking for a convenient base to explore all that Queenstown has to offer.

Bird’s Eye View rises elegantly above the neighbouring property, with a vertical design maximising views from every room. The wrap-around back garden is full of life – take the steps up to the vantage point for sweeping views.

The indoor living is equally as impressive – compact and warm for the winter months, with the option to open-up the sliding French doors to the garden in the summer months. The right-hand side of the apartment is where the bedrooms are situated, with a large shared bathroom. The living area is on the left-hand side as well as a full kitchen ensuring your stay is as relaxing and sumptuous as possible.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

You will have access to the entire home.

The Goodstays’ Guest Services department is available via phone or email throughout your stay, 8am - 10pm, 7 days a week, with a 24-hour emergency line.

10km from the airport, elevated views and just 2km from the Skyline Gondola, Luge and countless walking and biking tracks. Bird’s Eye View is a short drive to the town centre or a casual 25-minute scenic walk to the shops, gym, restaurants and bars.

There is off street parking at the property plus Uber, taxi and bus options in and around Queenstown.

Plenty of room which suited our needs. We did not realise the place was only the top level of the house and there would be no off-street parking.
