With everything you need for your Wanaka holiday, Ash Avenue is the ideal place to stay. Spacious and warm, with the perfect BBQ area for those hot summer nights.

Just through the main entrance of the home, you will find the first of 4 bedrooms – this one is great for the kids with 2 single beds. Back out through the hallway and to the right is the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The log burner will keep you nice and toasty during the cooler months as you sit back and enjoy your favourite show on the flat screen TV.

The kitchen has everything you need to whip up a meal complete with a handy breakfast bar for the kids. To the right of the kitchen is the dining table and 6 chairs. Through the sliding doors is your wonderfully spacious backyard and BBQ area. Perfect for the kids to run around.

Back down the hallway, you’ll find the inside entrance to the garage, the main bathroom and separate toilet. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Further on down the hall, there are 2 spacious bedrooms with comfy Queen-sized beds and the sunny master bedroom with King sized bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite.

Ash Avenue is located in Albert Town, Wanaka. Albert Town is a safe, family area with a park, patisserie, restaurant and fish and chip shop. It is a 10-minute drive from the centre of Wanaka and close to Wanaka’s ski fields, lakefront and activities.

A great location to base ourselves for a few days with two of our group competing in the Contact Epic Mountain Bike Ride around Lake Hawea. The house was clean and tidy. All of the rooms were generously sized with comfy beds. Central Otago was at its best with stunning autum colours and brilliant blue sky. Will definately be staying again.
