LOCATION:
Queenstown Hill is sought-after for a reason, being central to downtown and offering jaw-dropping views down Lake Wakatipu to the surrounding alps.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
This two-storey townhouse is light, bright and welcoming. With 3 comfortable bedrooms and generous living space, there is room for the whole family or group.

KITCHEN AND LIVING:
Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances runs into the dining area that offers truly spectacular views while you eat! The living room is warm and inviting, thanks to the wood burner and comfy couches.

OUTDOORS:
Windsor Place is blessed with amazing views and the outdoor furniture on the balcony is the ideal place to make the most of them.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Bundle up in front of the fire and put on your favourite DVD, the home has a flat screen television complete with SKYTV.

GARAGE AND EXTRAS:
Parking wont be an issue as there is a large, secure garage and room for another car to park off-street.

The property was better then expected, an AWESOME view from the dinning room and lounge room. 2 minute drive into town. Wood already chopped and ready for a fire. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting to stay in Queenstown. Goodstays was very easy to work with, we had to extend our stay by 1 night due to weather and was easily sorted.

What a great little holiday rental. It worked perfectly for us (4 adults, 2 children). Warm and dry. Stunning view over the lake. All the amenities you would need. Beautifully clean.

A very comfortable place with great facilities and stunning views. We didn't manage to work out how to close the blinds in the master bedroom and the moon was very bright one night.

Excellent standard of accomodation ( and it takes a lot to impress me). Tricky access in snow so ensure you have snow tyres or snow chains on your vehicle if snowing during your stay.
Everything we needed to make use of the property whilst on holiday was there. Kindling and logs to make a fire on our first night, herbs, flour, oils in kitchen cupboards. Lots of the small things needed when self catering were there including dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, washing up gloves, wipes and tea towels. Comfy beds and clean fresh cotton linen, use of washing machine and dryer with appropriate ,cleaning solutions also. We didn't want for anything, would highly recommend.

This was a great home to stay in. We are a family of 4, more than enough room in this property. There are plenty of heating appliances in winter high is great! The wood burner is amazing! Electric blankets and heaters available we arrived to a spotlessly clean and warm house! The views from the kitchen and lounge/balcony are picture perfect. We hired a car which was useful, although walking approx 15 min into town is okay, just a bit hilly on the way back.

All in all it was an enjoyable experience. The information provided before the check in was complete. Check in process was simple and easy to follow. The view from the house was exceptional. My only minor complains would be the fact that the garage wasn't available for use (there was a car parked inside it), one of the beds dowmstairs was old and doesn't provide enough support for my back and the hot water storage is not adequate for 5 persons shower usage

This holiday house is amazing.We had a great time staying at 10 Windsor Place with good location, great view and tiny environment.
Just on suggestion that if the host could put on the curtain on the main door, that will be awesome.:)

Five of us (2 couples, 1 single) recently stayed at Windsor Place and it was perfect for our group! The apartment had amazing views and was the perfect place to return to after being out all day. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, and even some basic grocery items (sugar, flour, spices). My only recommendation to guests is to make sure you have a rental car or don't mind paying for cabs occasionally. The apartment is pretty high up on the hill. Most days we ended up driving down to the city so we wouldn't have to walk up the big hill after the end of our long, busy days of excursions. I'd highly recommend this place and would definitely go back!

Excellent stay at this rental. Communication in the lead up to the rental was prompt and clear.Very comfortable house and great views. The rooms are all good sizes and our bed was very comfortable. loved the communal space with the loungy couches. Well equipped kitchen. The property is not an easy walk to Queenstown centre unless you enjoy a very robust uphill stride but we found it to be a great location nevertheless and the offstreet parking was good. Would highly recommend - a home away from home.

This home is in a fantastic location, the view is exactly as the photos present. The home is well equipped with great kitchen equipment. The downstairs bedroom with ensuite and lounge area worked really well for us and our adult children as it provided a second living area.
The booking was seamless and efficient.

Me and My friends stayed in this wonderful and lovely town house for 4 days. The view was amazing since its located at the top of the hill plus the fact that it is close to the towncenter. The place is well maintained and customer service is amazing. I will definitely book this place if im back in Queenstown.

The property fulfilled all our needs, there were a few niggles but nothing that spoilt our holiday and the veins were phenomenal. The walk down into town was great but very steep on the way back which did stop us doing it more than once a day or getting a taxi back the second time which was around $12-15. Decor and furnishings are lovely, the outdoor table on the balcony was VERY unstable so we were wary of using it and the smell of drains from the utility room sometimes a little strong, but as I said nothing that would stop us recommending the property. The only issue that was annoying was the fact that in the booklet it stated using the recycling bIn to separate rubbish (as in uk) but this was not there and when I spoke to Goodstays I was told it had been removed and we could only leave 2 bags of rubbish which is a bit unrealistic for a family holiday over Christmas, when I did say this I was told I could purchase council rubbish bags from the supermarket and leave them out on bin day for collection which I did but as this was at the start of our holiday I still struggled.

This house has been nicely renovated, is warm and the beds are verty comfy. Fit out id good an the double glazing helps.

We loved our time in Queenstown, and Windsor Place was the perfect place for our family to stay. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed, and gave us plenty of space. The balcony has an amazing view, and was the perfect place to sit and enjoy some wine in the evening. We wish we were still there! It is at the TOP of the hillside, so a car is pretty necessary.

We were a family of five adults doing a round the world trip. We found this beautiful home not only in a prime location but allowed us to live home from home.
The property was of upstanding cleanliness and all amenities within the house, kitchen,towels and beds were of the highest standards. We had never used this type of property before but I would reccomend to anyone. All amenities for the family were at walkable distance so we never used the car. Great home and fantastic location.

This was good holiday accommodation in a nice sunny quiet location. The place had plenty of room and the kitchen was well equipped. The sun streams in upstairs, so you need to like the heat.
The place is big enough for four adults, but the bedrooms aren't set up very well for that - there's a nice separate bedroom with bathroom downstairs but the beds are really only suitable for children.

It was pleasure arriving back to the house after a hard day skiing/sightseeing and having all the mod cons available. Kitchen, bath, open fire, internet Sky TV. Would happily recommend this place to any family seeking a home away from home. The only issue we had was a smell in the laundry due to the trap not installed correctly which we informed Goodstays about and they said they would be getting it fixed.

Brilliant quiet home, with fantastic views of the mountains and lake. Definitely need a car but with so many wonderful places to visit and experience great food and wines of the area, you need your own independence. Taxis are cheap into Queenstown from the house.

House lot number and name was not put up which was a bit confuse to locate it .Checkin arrangement system is very good with the key keep in the lock box system which I try to buy one in Queenstown and Melbourne but cannot find.A great experience. Cheers!
