Arrive to the large double garage with walk-in level to the large open plan and spacious, Ultimate Heights maximises its jaw-dropping views of Queenstown Bay and mountains with large windows in the kitchen, living area, and lounge leading out to the front deck.

Ultimate Heights is located in the tranquil area located upon Goldfield Heights between Queenstown and Frankton.

OUTDOORS:
At the side and front of the house lies the courtyard with a large BBQ area, an outdoor dining table and a grass garden with plenty of room to add one of our hot tub hires should you choose (ask reservations!) The master bedroom also leads onto a charming balcony- the perfect spot for a morning coffee.

ENTERTAINMENT:
Nestle in-front of the fire and put your favourite movie on the flat screen- don’t forget your DVDs!

GARAGE AND EXTRAS:
Parking isn’t an issue with a generous garage and room for 2 more cars offstreet.

Fabulous view at a very convenient location, in between the airport and the town centre, an ideal place for family with up to ten members. Would definitely consider staying here again for my next visit.

OMG, WOW What an awesome place. can’t be faulted. From the moment you walk in you are taken back by breathtaking views. The home is clean,warm and comfortable throughout. We stayed for 7 days and would highly recommend to anyone wishing for a home away from home. This home is in a great location and has easy access to all activities. 6 off us stayed with plenty of room, the beds what can we say sooo comfortable, showers are amazing. Outdoor living areas are relaxing with 3 times areas to either follow the sun or take cover when needed. The views from the balcony are entertaining you can sit and watch Boeing’s take of and land or just sit back and watch the boats on the lake. Thanks for a fantastic holiday will definitely be back.

Best yet.
Excellent communication from Goodstays.
Very clean.
There was a broken chair leg from a previous rental however but I fixed it.
Great Views.
Excellent inventory.
Only disappointing thing was I tried to book it again 12 months in advance , spoke to Goodstays on the phone , emailed dates , and emailed the date of deposit payment and missed out due to the property not being held and someone on the internet snapping it up after all the correspondence.
Lesson learned.
Book online not from office.

A great house in a great location. The view is spectacular. It was just what we were looking for.

Some minor comments with the amenities:
-Definitely need a better and bigger frying pan. Maybe 2 frying pans as the house sleeps up to 10 people. 1 is not enough to cook for a large group.
-Could do with a blender or food processor.
-We were unable to get the stereo working. We attempted to plug our devices into the cable provided but it just didn't work.

One other comment was that we were concerned about power consumption because of the spa that we hired. It was confusing as to whether our weekly allowance for power included heating of the spa or not. We were concerned about using too much power and that we might be charged extra.

Apart from that we had a great stay and it is a wonderful house. We would definitely stay again but we would bring our own frying pan. ;)

Please note that had we been advised we could of had several new pans with you within an hour and have since been replaced following the departure. The instructions for the stereo are in our guest app. I will however ask our Guest Services team to review these and ensure they are transparent for our guests. Power consumption is huge at this time of the year and we only ask that our guests turn off any unnecessary fires and heatpumps when they head up the mountain for the day. A fabulous & well equipped house with a stunning view & within an easy 10 minute drive to Queenstown. Perfect for our family of 8. Unfortunately the dishwasher didn’t work during our stay (which meant lots of dishes!) & we didn’t have Sky Sport to the Football World Cup but those are the only reasons for giving it 4 stars instead of 5. I would happily stay there again.

We are a family of 7 and Ultimate Heights was perfect for us. The location was great (would recommend a car) and the views we amazing. It was like watching a living art work with the lake/mountains and sky forever changing in colour throughout the day! Ultimate Heights is presented very well, very clean and the bedding really comfortable. Load of cupboards, great kitchen and spacious bedrooms/bathrooms. Great washing/drying facilitates, loads of stylish plastic dinner/glassware which is essential with children and outdoor dining. I work in the Travel Industry, we will stay again and highly recommend Ultimate Heights.

It is a great property but definitely needed some more maintenance. On our first day in the afternoon, a lady came in to put compost and grass seeds in the lawn. The compost kept smelling for 2 days and we had to keep the door closed all the time.

The ensuite door in the top bedroom was broken. Both I and my son got locked out. I rang the maintenance team and spoke to guy Steven on the first day of arrival and he came in the evening to check but noone turned up for fixing the door. Every time when someone used the ensuite we had to close the walk-in wardrobe door else there was no privacy. It was very disappointing to see this kind of service. There was a lot of dust under the shoe rack in the upstairs walk-in wardrobe.

Wi-fi kept dropping upstairs and needed a strong signal. There were flying insects inside the house. It probably needed some kind of pest control. There were a lot of spider webs outside the property.

Second time we have stayed at this property & we love this house so much and will definitely be back to stay in it again, however just wanted to point out the curtain in the downstairs bathroom was broken. There were smoke buds on the lawn when we when down to soak up the sun & it would of been nice it the lawns were mowed down as they seemed pretty long.

Is someone able to give me the information on where the carpet is from, we are renovation our property & I love the carpet in that house.

Stayed here with another family that were visiting from Australia and was a lovely spacious property with everything we needed and space to all spread out. The views from this property were amazing and a very quiet location. It was very clean and tidy. Using the app the company asked us to download was great as had all the information on it.
