LOCATION:
Moments to downtown Queenstown. The Historic Daniels House sits on an elevated platform, rendering it with both a large, flat garden and sweeping views down Lake Wakatipu to Walter Peak Station – you’ll see the iconic Earnslaw steaming its way to the station, framed by majestic mountains all around.

KITCHEN AND LIVING AREAS:
Soak up the summer sun, smell the roses or make the most of the outside spa throughout the Winter months. There’s privacy plus views (that best of both worlds factor again): barbeque and dine at the outdoor table, or just quietly enjoy the views. Old warm charm and traditional architecture blend effortlessly with contemporary comforts. The kitchen includes all the modern appliances you need, perfect if you choose to self-cater for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

BEDROOMS:
The Daniels house consists of three bedrooms with king beds that can be split into single beds to suit your requirements.

Master Bedroom = 1 x King (2 x Singles on request)
Bedroom 2 = 1 x King (2 x Singles on request)
Bedroom 3 = 1 x King (2 x Singles on request)

EXTRAS:
Off street parking and unlimited WiFi are provided to add to your guest experience.

The Historic Alley Apartment and The Historic Weir Apartment are also available should you wish to book the entire property for up to 13 people please contact the reservations team who can assist you with your requirements.

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

House was in a great central location - down the hill into town was a 5 minute walk. The house is an historic stone house and was quite cold. The appliances and furnishings also require an update. Some other minor issues such as heaters not working, shower fittings away from there fixings. I would not expect these issues in a house with this rate.

The house is great for larger parties or extended families as there is plenty of space for everyone.

We were originally provided instructions to a different apartment in the same house that was already occupied which was a little awkward.

All the bars and restaurants are an easy walk (uphill on the way back to walk off dinner).
