This is a good sized quiet house which is pretty close to basically everything in Wanaka - lake, river, roads, mountain biking...
The living space is comfortable and there is ample room for everybody. We had 2 families and 4 kids and everything was good.
The place was as described - if anything, it was slightly bigger than how it appeared in the photo's.
The only areas for improvement would be an extra heat pump in the hallway area between bedrooms, an extra set of curtains in one of the kids bedrooms, and possibly some more cooking utensils.
Overall, an excellent week away.

This place is everything you would expect from a Kiwi Bach holiday home. No frills, but close to the lake and an easy walk into town.

Great views and very comfortable and modern facilities for 2 families. Only downside is it is a challenging walk up some steep hills from the CBD. A vehicle is a must with this property.

This is a great apartment. The downhill walk to the CBD takes 15- 20 minutes - up the hill is a challenge and a vehicle is definitely an advantage. However, a taxi fare from the CBD is currently around $15NZ if you're not wanting to drive yourself.
