A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.
The information requested from the guest is to enable Goodstays Ltd to assess the guest’s request to rent the property. The guest does not have to supply this information, but if the guest does not, then Goodstays is unable to rent the property out. The guest acknowledges that Goodstays will collect, hold and use the guest’s personal information for purposes related to the renting of the property and the provision of related customer services, including direct marketing and assessing customer satisfaction with products and services provided by Goodstays. The guest further acknowledges that such personal information may be disclosed to debt collection agencies, insurance companies and/or law enforcement agencies in the possible event of non-payment, damage or theft to the property; and the guest hereby authorises the disclosure of their personal information for such purposes.

Very good, no problems, clear cut, and good correspondence. Apartment had good view for fireworks at the lakeside. Clean and tidy, all amenities were of good standard. Parking not a problem. Spacious and pleasing interior. Hot water was a little temperamental and weak, however one shower at a time was ok.

Very dated/ tired in areas needs a good paint , toilet flushing problems and drainage issues in shower area soap suds coming back up vent area .Also it would be good to see some beautiful Wanaka paintings on the walls,Wanaka is a beautiful place . - it is our most favourite places to visit in NZ and we are seriously looking at buying a property in the future there. We are staying with you good people again in March unit 111 we love being up stairs the views are just amazing. We stay here during the Christchurch earthquakes so this is like our second home for us . So thank you for an Awesome stay. Cheers Lowden Family

We were very pleased with the apartment, it was larger than expected with the 2 bedrooms very separate and private. Well equiped with 2 bathrooms, full kitchen and a washer and dryer. The location suited us, nice and quiet. It is further out from the town centre that some may like, shops/restaurants are definitely a drive away.
We were happy with our stay and would stay here again. It was warm and clean and everything was easy to use/access. We had no issues during our stay.
Only negative I could say is that there were no little tea bags, sugar sachets, coffee sachets etc and just one small soap in the bathrooms.

It really is a great apartment, the photos are quite deceiving with size, definitely larger than you get the impression with online. The properties are self catering, we supply a few items to get you started and the rest is up to you. If staying with a hotel then you can expect to have coffee,sugar etc supplied, Holiday Homes are a bit different. Positive generally, although I believe the holiday pricing is too steep. There were no extra sheets available for the fold out sofa. I also think given the price paid that charging extra for wifi and expecting us to arrange it was too much in this day and age.

Great location, great staff but general inside condition not up site image. Cracked, open ceiling, worst paint job on a toilet wall you would find, unit looking tired.
Nothing new drapes, a plaster and painter couldn't bring it back up to spec in a few days works. Was very relaxing outside in early morning and evenings. Great views and quiet.
