HERITAGE VILLA 5 PROPERTY SUMMARY:
This quaint, two-bedroom villa offers all the space and amenities you need for your family vacation. Nestled in the 5 acres of the Heritage Park Wanaka Villas, this holiday home is the perfect location for a ski trip or summer break.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS
Enter through the main entrance and into the open plan kitchen and living with the two bedrooms and bathroom off to the left. The main bathroom has a spa bath and the master bedroom has an ensuite. This sunny home has a wonderful indoor/outdoor flow complete with a gas fireplace inside and a BBQ area outside. The kitchen has a built-in espresso machine and a two-seater breakfast bar.

The bedrooms are adjacent and all on one level providing warmth throughout.
There are 2 bedrooms as follows:
Master bedroom: 1 Queen
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds

LOCATION
Located 3km from the town centre, Heritage Villa provides incredible space and tranquillity without being too far from downtown Wanaka. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance, with plenty of eateries and retail outlets all within a quick 5 to 10-minute drive.

• Please note that stays of 7+ nights may require mid-stay clean/linen change where additional charges may apply
• Prices are for up to 4 people. Additional beds & linen maybe available upon request – ask reservations
• Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)
• Bond $500

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

We really enjoyed our stay. Fireplace disconnected which is a shame. Lots of space for two couples. Good heater and lots of hot water which is really nice after a hard days skiing. Close to town. Sun filled and really well appointed.

Lovely location, lovely villa. Unfortunately it was advertised as having a fireplace which was not true. There was a gas fireplace, but not working. I spoke to someone in the office who advised me to email via the mobile app. Goodstays did not respond to 2 emails I sent. Finally I spoke to someone else in the office who was very helpful. I was satisfied with the outcome in the end, but would warn clients not to rely on the app communications. It turns out the fireplace has never worked!

I had mixed feeling about this stay. It was the most expensive accommodations we had on our 3 week trip to New Zealand. The unit was very comfortable. We stayed in this unit for 4 nights. The unit slept at least 6 people (with pull out coach)but it was just my wife and I. I was still charged the full rate for all the linen and towels. I thought they could have given me a break on that expense. We were provided a minimal amount of kitchen soaps that lasted one day. I called the management company to see if they could give us some more but was told I would have to go buy my own. I though for the price I paid the least they could do was give me a little more dish washing soap.

Here at Goodstays, the rental amount of our properties are based on the rental of the whole house, not per guest, so the cost for 1 guest in a 5 bedroom house would be the same as for 5 people in the same house. This is due to the fact that even though there are rooms empty, we are unable to rent the remainder of the house. In regards to the items provided, we offer self catering holiday homes, and graciously provide a small welcome package with the essential items; several toilet rolls, dishwashing liquid, scrubbing brush, and dishwashing tablets. Enjoyed by all. A very successful holiday was had by the family. With two units in close proximity to each other, proving to be a distinct advantage.
With young children it was quiet and safe .
There was limited views from one unit and there are only some mountain views from the other.
