This charming, four-bedroom villa offers all the space and amenities you need for your family vacation. Nestled in the 5 acres of the Heritage Park Wanaka Villas, this holiday home is the perfect location for a ski trip or summer break.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:
The Villas are ideal for indoor/outdoor living with large bi-fold doors opening onto a patio to enjoy the summer sun and spectacular mountain views. The villa also features under tile heating to keep you nice and warm after a day of skiing or snowboarding on the mountains. Light, bright and contemporary, the villa features an open plan layout with more than enough space for the whole family.

BEDROOMS:
The two-storey home has four generous bedrooms, two upstairs and two downstairs, with the master boasting a modern ensuite. All of the bedrooms are comfortably furnished, ensuring a well-rested nights sleep after a busy day exploring beautiful Wanaka:

Located 3km from the town centre, Heritage Villa provides incredible space and tranquillity without being too far from downtown Wanaka. There are 2 restaurants within walking distance, with plenty of eateries and retail outlet, all within a quick 5 to 10-minute drive.

• Minimum age requirement 25 years or older for the leading group member (photo ID required)

A copy of the guest’s photo ID (Drivers’ Licence and/or Passport) is required upon finalising of the booking.

The villa was amazing. It is well laid out, roomy, warmed by an amazing gas fire, and lovely bedrooms - with lovely views from upstairs. The kitchen facilities make it easy to cook great meals. The large table is great for the extended family. We also used the barbeque which made one of our meals very easy to prepare. The open plan living perfect for family activities and for just spending quality time together.

Spacious comfortable and cosy home that easily accomodate 4 teenagers & their parents. Beautiful views for those who stayed behind to work. Gorgeous Coffee only a few paces away. Idyllic

It was ok.

It was a bit disappointing that we were initially accused of putting a dent in the wall, but upon contesting, it was determined that the dent had been put by a previous guest. Other than that we had a lovely stay

Hi as a family that has been renting in Wanaka for the past 10 years through holiday houses and never been disappointed and having recently stayed in the villa 11 next door I had expected villa 10 to be as amazing but unfortunately the amenities were misrepresented there was no heat pump, king bed, dvd ,cd and the Tv( which was supposed to have freeveiw) was unusable unless you were prepared to purchase wifi did I mention that these were all listed as amenities when we made the booking? when contacted Tahlia the goodstays rep did say I quote "The property does have TVs as you can tell just not freeview or sky" and " it is best to check property details online before locking something in to avoid these instances" which is when I suggested she look at the blurb... to be fair since then they have partially adjusted the advertisement but seriously there are plenty of lovely well priced holiday homes available in Wanaka this one however was seriously overpriced and I would be unlikely to book anything though "goodstays" due to the sarcasm and false advertising in the future as they obviously do not check the units to see if what they advertise is in fact what you get .

I did leave a detailed message on the table. When we arrived there were lights not working upstairs and downstairs toilet cistern leaking.Dirty dishes in cupboards, broken glass, beer bottle tops, cigarette butts outside. A black dog persistently wandering from Wanaka villas.and the parties at the Wnaka Villas. Of our 8 nights there were 4 parties. One started at 12 midday and had a large chiller trailer parked on the lawn outside our bathroom window, after an angry altercation between partygoers and some other Heritage guests we called noise control at 10.38pm. When your teenagers complain about the noise you know it is loud. But we enjoyed our stay. Lovely spot and complex.

We had another lovely stay at this vila. The location is perfect and has a wonderful feeling of space. This year a few parts of the property were a bit run down e.g. taps broken and vacuum cleaner not working but the rental company were very prompt in trying to rectify when called. It would be good to have more basic products in the house e.g. brush and shovel, oven mitts, broom as when staying for two weeks you need more than a few sachets of dishwashing liquid. Overall though, a great stay.

The owners have been very responsive to the areas of concern and are no in the process of upgrading the WiFi to unlimited, new Tv, and even a water filtration system for the house.
